We had a family vacation in the beginning of June, so we thought it would be very busy but we were pleasantly surprised how low the crowding was. The condo is just as beautiful as advertised. We felt the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having separate beds in 2nd bedroom for our kids. My only tiny issue is the same almost everywhere we go and that is not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang wet bathing suits and towels. But not anything at all that I wouldn't stay here again gladly! The pool was very nice. Again, didn't have to rush down and hold chairs bc not too many ppl. I do wish they had more places at pool to get in the shade when needed like a small covered area or more umbrellas than the 2 at the tables. Management replied very quickly when I realized I had not printed my parking tag. And having an assigned parking spot was very nice! The condo is nicely centrally located and everywhere you want to go is within 10 min except Kennedy Space Center and it was only approx 20 min. Wonderful vacation and we would LOVE to return to this condo one day!

House was clean, decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings listening to the ocean.

We originally had another vacation booked, but had to change plans last minute. We booked the place a week out and werw happy to find a great place with such short notice. We had a great week+ in Cocoa Beach!

We just returned home from 5 nights in unit 42, I was there with my wife, her parents and our kids. The unit is in the perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach. If you didn't have a car, you wouldn't miss much, you can walk to a few of the better restaurants around, the grocery store is right there, it's right by the pier. It was our first time to Cocoa Beach, but we have visit lots of other Florida beaches. The beach is excellent there, second place only to Siesta Key maybe. The surfing was great for beginners while we were there and we all took surf lessons on the beach just a minute or two walk from our access. I love to fish, and was surprised to learn that you can't really fish from the pier, which I thought was strange. The unit is very clean, everything looked like new! The appliances are great, really nice big refrigerator and freezer, great new washer and dryer (the dryer plays the longest robot song when it is done, you won't miss it!) The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the beach, the pier, the whole pool, and way out into the Atlantic. Being able to hear the surf at night is worth a lot all by itself. The layout is smart and modern, if feels big for it's size. It's near the elevator, so being on the 4th floor is really just a plus. If I were to pick a negative, it would be the furniture. The beds are clean and new but the mattresses are cheap memory foam types. Of course the kids didn't care, and if I were 31 instead of 41, I may not have noticed. The couch goes well with the room, but if you are looking to plot the whole family on it to watch a movie, it's not like your couch at home, it's sort of new old-fashioned. The décor is nice, simple, open, clean looking. Many of the other units had families like ours in them so the atmosphere at the pool was fun during the day. The building has some full time residents, so there are lots of rules posted but they don't get in the way of having fun. Of the people we met one was a real grouch, even yelled at the kids just for splashing around and having fun because of the noise.... just ignore him.

Condo was great…. spotless, had everything we needed…. great experience!

Condo had many amenities..beach chairs, umbrella, boards. We loved the beach and pool areas. Nice and relaxing! Would rent her again!

This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we had a great time. The condo met our needs perfectly. The property is maintained in excellent condition and the access to the beach is very easy. On the beach it was not crowded at all which surprised us as the pier was close by. Overall, I give this trip a 4.5 star rating and the only reason I can’t give it a 5 was that we were not able to eat at some of the restaurants we wanted to. Some were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays due to low staffing but hopefully that will change soon.

The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the location, close to everything but not crowded. The pool was great, again not crowded. But the best thing, the view was beautiful, the porch is large and optimum for sitting outside watching surfers and enjoying the sea breeze. Will return in the future.

2nd stay in unit 42. Having beach chairs & umbrella came in handy. Location is great very close to pier & other bars. New restaurant across from condo was nice being able to walk to it.Publix grocery store across street very convenient. Great view of ocean from balcony.

My daughters & I loved our stay here. The weather & beach were perfect & the condo was comfy. Publix is down the street, so anything you may need is super close by. The condo owners were great communicators and check in was a breeze.

Very nice condo. It is exactly 2 properties away from Cocoa Beach Pier which was very nice to be able to walk to. The condo had all the amenities listed and were in good shape. The only thing we missed was not having a washer/dryer in the unit but there was a laundry room on every floor so that wasn’t a huge deal. There’s PLENTY of things to do within walking distance or just a short drive away. Communication with the owners was easy and Stephen answered all my questions. It was a great experience at Cocoa Beach Towers #42.

We have never been to this area of Florida and we all loved it! Our two teenagers loved being right on the beach and close to the pier. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach and plenty of towels. We appreciated the 6 beach towels that were in very good condition. We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from NASA right from our beach! Stephen was very helpful with a few questions prior to our stay. The condo complex was friendly and well maintained outside. We all enjoyed spending time out on the balcony over looking pool and the ocean. We will definitely rent from them again.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for what we needed - clean, simple, bright and comfy. It had everything we needed and our 4 yo thoroughly enjoyed the beach toys! The property itself was immaculate and welcoming, with a pool right out the back window, so that was nice for days that we wanted to stroll down and hop into the water without all the beach baggage.

We stayed at this condo during Thanksgiving week and loved it. The space is clean and neat, and the layout is great. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. We spent every morning out there watching the surfers and dolphins, and had fun watching the cruise ships going in and out from Port Canaveral. At night, we sat on the deck looking at the stars. The parking at the condo is convenient and easy. The pool is large and the grounds are well maintained. There were so many great restaurants close by that we never dined in the same place twice. The Cocoa Beach Pier is very close to the condo and has lots of things to see and do. It was a great place for our family to spend a week together. Very relaxing yet entertaining! We'll be back!

We have family nearby and have stayed in Cocoa Beach before, but this was a great find for our family. The condo was clean and neat and parking was easy. The deck overlooks the pool and has a clear view of the ocean and the pier. We started every morning having coffee on the deck watching the surfers trying to catch a wave and the dolphins that went by. We also loved watching the cruise ships go out and come back in. Before bed each night we sat outside to star gaze. The pier is close to the condo with lots of people and activity but there was no noise from it. We ate there and had a great meal with a great view. The pool was clean and the grounds were spotless.Beautiful!

We have been to Florida several time and this was our first stay in Cocoa Beach. We would definitely return to Coaco Beach Towers, unit #42. The owner Steve answered al my questions. The condo itself was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. We sat on the spacious patio in the morning and enjoy our morning coffee with great view of the beach, pool and pier. The pool is great. Big and surprisingly refreshing. A short walk down the beach was Cocoa Beach Pier, where they had bars and restaurants. Some shops located at the pier also. The only negative thing I can think to say is the air conditioner is set for 70*. It was very warm in Florida in June. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room would help a lot. I will recommend Steve's condo to family and friends. It's safe and secure.

This is a clean, well-maintained complex with beautiful views and a great, heated pool. Location allows you to walk to the pier, great restaurants and the grocery. We cooked a few nights and had everything we needed. Loved watching the cruise ships and saw an evening rocket launch. We will be returning!

Not used to 72 degree air conditioning limit. Storm door did not auto close. Kitchen sink faucet handle was very loose. Location, pool, laundry were great. All together very good.

This was our second year in a row and it was just as good as the first time. Hey, if you find a great thing why change. It was very neat and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pier. TV's in every room which is nice. While we were there we had a good view of a rocket launch, watched a submarine come in to the base and were entertained by all the surfers. We ate out mostly just because there are so many good restaurants close by. Looking forward to next year already.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Towers. The space was perfect for our family of four. The pool was large and the access to it as well as the beach was so convenient! We said many times how we enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the beach accessories that were on hand for our use. Thanks for a great stay!
