Villa Laudan está situada en la parte inferior de la colina en la zona de Monte y Mar de Gran Alacant y tiene unas fantásticas vistas sobre el mar Mediterráneo y del casco histórico de Alicante y su famoso Castilla de Santa Bárbara. Treinta minutos a pie de la playa, tranquilo y pacífico, a diez minutos de los grandes centros turísticos como Alicante y Santa Pola, la villa tiene fácil acceso a todos los servicios, incluyendo el mercado local para la caza de la ganga y muchos excelentes restaurantes para comer fuera.
Este cuatro bedroomed villa se beneficia muy privadas de calefacción central y aire acondicionado y cuenta con una de las mejores piscinas privadas que se encontrará que tiene una zona de baño principal y un área de jacuzzi que dará cabida a 6 personas
Un montón de zonas de terraza para cenar al aire libre. Impresionantes vistas al mar de la bahía de Alicante. Con dos dobles y dos habitaciones individuales dobles, la villa es ideal para familias, con abundante en los alrededores para ver y hacer durante su estancia.

Hay una entrada separada al sótano donde se encuentra la sala de billar, con sala de ducha.
En la planta baja tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, a través de salón-comedor con calefacción central y aire acondicionado, planta baja dos dormitorios uno con baño en suite, el otro con cabina de ducha a un lado.
Las escaleras exteriores lo llevan al apartamento de la planta superior que tiene su propia sala de estar con TV y sistema de juegos Xbox, habitación doble con cama doble y cuarto dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un baño familiar. No hay acceso a la zona de terraza superior, que tiene un toldo para dar sombra a la zona del sol, de estar y zona de barbacoa con fantásticas vistas sobre la bahía de Alicante y las montañas cercanas.

We really did enjoy our stay and thought the villa was in a great location. There was a few issues. The outside light to the upstairs bedrooms didnt work which was a real issue as stairs are steep and door opens out onto them! The pool was amazing but sadly really needs some work done, lots of broken tiles which resulted in a few cuts and sunloungers really need upgrading. There was also no working TV, luckily we took a fire stick with us.
Karen was great and tried to fix issues but sadly couldnt. Overall we had a nice family holiday

We stayed at this villa for a week it was a lovely place to stay with everything on your door step and Karen was brilliant and so helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Outside Upstairs had no light to help you up stairs dispite being reported and door opened outword dangerous for children and adults, veranda only had one light, windows do not lock and host was aware as atated lights were broken at last break in not so good to hear, only one umbrella at poolside and sun beds are dirty, shower and jaccusi not working, villa requires a really good clean and all the silly issues fixed to allow people to feel safe to enjoy holiday disappointed experience.

From beginning to end the whole process was really smooth, Karen was great the villa was lovely and the pool was a dream, we didn't want to leave! We would be happy to return!

This villa is in a lovely lovely road with pretty surroundings however the actual villa was a let down. My husband and I took his parents and family here and we were quite embarrassed. It wasn't clean, i lifted our mattress and the bed was disgusting. It was shabby, things broken, the steps up to the 3rd bedroom were broken and dangerous, the cushions for the patio furniture were old and shabby and the list could go on. In the bedrooms there were still clothes and belongings from the owners too.
Such a shame , if money was spent on this property it could be fabulous but we won't be returning. Perhaps we would give it a 3* rating .

Wij vonden de vakantie woning prima. De 2 slaapkamers met de 2 badkamers gelijkvloers met de woonkamer en keuken ideaal. De verdieping erboven was eenvoudiger ingericht en verdient wat onderhouds aandacht.

A lovely villa in a great location
This villa is great, we had an amazing time here. its in a great location no need for a car as bars and restaurants are about 5 minutes walk away as so are the supermarkets. Karen and Roz were very welcoming and picked us up from airport for 20 euro each way. the outside area was a lot bigger than the pictures showed and the pool was great on the hot days. overall we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book again x thanks for a great stay

Nice holiday
The villa was OK but it is clear there has been little to no money spent on it for a long time. It is very dated and full of clutter and junk almost every cupboard or drawer was cluttered and full of old stuff. Lots of things don't work like the heating. We had a cold night and went to use the heating and the thermostat didn't work, lights didn't work aircon was sketchy and the hob is a nightmare to use in fact most things look like they are out of a thrift shop. The property itself is in shire need of refurbishment. None of the windows lock, the shutters don't go up and down properly the main gate handle comes off in your hands, one of the heavy pillars is broken amd dangerous the electric canopy is torn right down the middle so the rain puts through the upper balcony sun canopy was shabby and old. The security alarm beeps at random times including the middle of the night. The stairs and the balcony are tiled so the slightest touch of moisture and it turns into a skating rink. The whole place stank of damp and the shower heads were terrible and need replacing. The area is not ideal for families but if you just want to relax around the pool it's fine. Karen was great and very helpful I would book with karen again but not this villa.

Potentially a great villa but in need of some TLC
I Stayed in this villa in July 18. Its a nice big villa but it's in need of some TLC. Lots of things broken and dirty.
Air con old and noisy plus not working in a few of the rooms.
The sink tap in kitchen wobbles alot.
The front gate handle comes off when you open it.
Cupboard door in lounge fell off upon opening it and wardrobes full of stuff, there was not alot of room to put our clothes away.
No electricity in the downstairs pool room and shower room.
Pool lights dont work. Garden/pool area lights broken.
Mould in one of the showers.
Pool shower does not drain and the sunbed cushions were black with mould.
The villa awning was also ripped and extremely mouldy and dirty.
I did take pictures of the above but am unable to submit in a review.
I hate to complain but these are such simple things that can be fixed easily and would make this villa perfect.
The villa is in a great location close to shops and restaurants and the beach is a less than 10 min drive away.
Overall the villa was OK, potentially great and I would stay again only if the above was fixed.

Perfect home from home
Great location everything you need just on the doorstep no need to hire a car it's all within walking distance. The villa itself has everything you need, a great pool bbq, water filter no need to buy bottled water it really was perfect from start to finish Karen was great couldn't do enough many thanks would deffo recommend

Lovely villa, Everything we needed in the villa and in the Area. Clean and pleasant and great pool.
We stayed in the villa for a week from Sunday to Sunday, 3 adults and 2 grown up children 17 and 12.
We all had a brilliant time and the villa and surrounding area was great. We loved the pool and bbq area and the sitting area is really nice on both balconies. Inside the villa was clean and had all the things you need to enjoy a stress free holiday. There are shops and restaurants in 5 minutes walking distance on the square so we didn’t need a car and also the bus stop is 5 minutes down the road so we could get on the bus and go to into town or the city of Alicante. There is also a bus company that will take you into Benidorm to theme parks and water parks just ask in the travel agents down in the square. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back again. The manager Karen and also Roz are very friendly and helpful and we couldn’t thank them enough for making sure we were all happy and had everything we needed. Nice place.

Amazing villa, well managed and good area
Villa is fantastic, everything you could need and more! Pool area lovely and clean as was villa. Honestly can not fault at all, would go back again. Area is very good and shops, restaurants few minutes walk as are bus stops and taxi rank. Quite a distance to the beach but easy to get to by bus or tourist train 😀

Great Villa, Great Holiday!
I travelled here as part of a family of 8 (4 couples) and had a fab holiday. We each had our own space and the house was big enough for all of us and more!!! It was fully equipped and had everything you could think of so you did not have to bring anything with you, apart from your clothes and tolietries!
It was great having your own pool as it was private and I could sunbath and when it got a bit hot, just roll of my sunbed into the pool!
There are shops, bars and lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk and the big GA complex is about 5 mins - that has larger supermarkets and more variety of restaurants!
Id recommend to everyone and will be looking to return in 2013.....
