Хозяин Ваагн и его семья сделали мое пребывание в доме незабываемым! Это очень интересные и душевные люди. Меня угощали чаем, кофе и даже супом) Сделали апгрейд номера. Помогали советами. Я чувствовала себя так, как будто вокруг давние друзья. Дом обставлен винтажной мебелью и наполнен предметами искусства. Ваагн художник-керамист.

В комнате нет шкафа для одежды. Мне было некритично, но это надо иметь в виду.

Прекрасный хозяин, гостеприимный, подскажет вам интересные места для обеда и ужина) удобное расположение близко к заводу Арарат и стадиону, очень уютный и красивый дом с садом полным различных плодов: персики, гранаты, орехи, инжиры, в зависимости от сезона, когда вы приедете

It’s silent and dark on the street at night, so you may not want go walk there that time. But I felt myself safe even when came back after it got dark.

Nothing, everything was great.

I enjoyed staying at this place and its warm, relaxing and kind atmosphere. The house is located in a quiet district, not far from the city center. The room is very cozy and everything is designed with a special taste. The owners of the house were super caring and always ready to help and offer a cup of coffee. Vahagn also showed me how to work with clay, which was one of my old wishes. I'm happy that I got a chance to spend some time here. Now it's one of my favorite places in Yerevan and I love Armenia even more ;) Shnorhakalutyun!

Everything was great and beautiful

The experience here was excellent. The house was well maintained and clean. The bedroom was comfortable, and beds and pillows were good. The facilities were excellent with a kitchen, lower courtyard and upper deck with a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The location was excellent, just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The breakfast was outstanding — one of the best in Armenia. The best part of the stay was the family and staff. They were incredibly friendly and hospitable, did all they could to make the guests feel comfortable and at home.
