Good location in District 1. Walking distance from the walking street and various attractions. Busy neighbourhood with quality local eateries closeby.

Its a serviced apartment, so dont expect replacement towels and cleaning etc. THis isnt a complaint, just pointing it out for future guests.

The customer service was very responsive. I have no problem with communicating with the host over the text messages. I like the location the most because it is close to Ben Thanh market and very quiet, at the same time.

At first glance, the apartment looks luxurious, but many things can be improved. First, the bathroom was not well maintained. Mold and dirt built up around the edges of the walls. The glass door was not fully closed allowing water to escape out of the shower. No toilet paper holder. No hooks to hang clothes during taking a shower. Only bath towels were provided. Providing a few small towels could be helpful. Secondly, the pillows were old, and smell even though new cover were put on. At first check in, the pillow covers, blankets and bed sheet were smelly. Everyone has a very distinctive smell regardless how clean that person is. So, NEVER EVER keep the same bed sheet, blanket or pillow cover to next guests.

Easy check in, easy check out, friendly staff, washing and drying machine was useful, nice view as described.

Shower drain was slow but quickly fixed. Shower could use a deeper clean but it did not affect the stay or our comfort.

Front desk spoke little English, there is no tourist information available at the front desk.

ベンタイン市場、高島屋は徒歩圏内ですし周りにレストランやカフェが沢山あって非常に便利でした。 建物も綺麗で部屋も広く、５日間の滞在だったので近くのスーパーで食材を買って簡単な料理を作って食べたり、まるで暮らしているように泊まれたのが本当に楽しかったです。 ドアマンやフロント、掃除係の方も皆親切で、オーナーからは毎日困った事はないかとチャットで連絡を頂きました。 ティッシュがないとかタオルを交換して欲しいとかいった事はすぐに対応してくれました。 文句なしの100点です！ またベトナムに行く機会があればこのホテルを利用したいです。 ありがとうございました！

プールが思っていたより寂れていましたが、観光に忙しくしていたので特に問題ではありませんでした。

Walking distance to the markets, apartment was a great size and was nice and clean.

The street was pretty loud with the constant beeping of the horns but that’s not the apartments fault. We were on the 5th floor so might be less noise up higher. If you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue.

Size of the accomodation. Good facilities with a gym and pool. Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market and Saigon Square.

Just a minor thing. There used to be a convenience store across the street.

Swimming pool on the roof could have had some sun loungers and umbrellas and the bar/club on the roof was closed.

Good location as it only about 5-10 minutes to Ben Thanh market. The room is clean and was setup nicely when we checked in. It have a nice swimming pool on the rooftop with a nice view if the city.

We had some issue with the power plug where we need to put in a different position before i can plug it in. About only 2 power plug i can plug in normally. Not a big deal as they a work around. The swimming pool can open a little longer as it close as 9pm (told by the reception). We were hoping to return to the hotel to the rooftop swimming pool to see the night view but it was closed as we got back about 10pm. More places opened till 10pm or even 11pm.

It's right in the middle of the city. Apartment was really good and the hosts were very welcoming. All the facilities were really awesome and the apartment was really comfortable. I would definitely stay choose this place if I once again visit vietnam.

Bad water pressure. Roach in one of the bedrooms.

Great value. Got a smaller apartment at first but faced the construction site so was very noisy even in the evening. Host was great and gave us a different apartment which was much better. Great value for travelling family. Has just about everything hou need in the property.

Mattress is old and not very comfortable. Needs to be replaced to get this up into the nines. Fitness center could use a spruce up as well but was usable.

The room, Location and the 21st Floor Pool.

Having to go to the Ground Floor to Security to swipe access to the 21st Floor but very minor inconvenience.

old building roof top bar shut poor, no help at tour desk reception loud noisy party at 4am with multiple people in next door apartment on level 11. Three security guards on duty at time yet could not stop this happening No room safe for valuables

Very very spacious accomodation especially for the area! Pool is pretty nice too. All the staff were lovely to deal with
