Great place, 1 stop from Seoul station. Room with a city view! Decent size room & a full size bath.

Only get 1 full size bath towel for 2 people. (2 hand towels).

Location was very good, one metro stop away from Seoul Station. The staff was very friendly and helped us store luggage before we could check in and similarly after when we checked out.

The hotel was above a very busy road, and the traffic could be heard from the rooms. We booked two rooms and the conditions of the room were inconsistent, one room seemed more worn out. The air conditioning for both rooms appeared to be faulty too.

The location is perfect, staff super friendly and the coffee bar on the second floor was really good

No room to put your toiletries on the sink in the bathroom

good location, we can access to subway in front of hotel or walk to Seoul station and LOTTE mart .

The location was excellent. The views were awesome. The room was a good size. The train station was a skip and hop away. There’s a couple of good convenient store close by.

The air condition was not working, or rather suddenly started up one night out of the seven nights we were there. The bathroom was awkward - the toilet and bathroom are separated but there’s a gap on top and at the bottom of the separator panel……. Also no fan extractor… Oh, and nowhere to hang your clothes or towels inside the bathroom.

room was stuck at 34 degrees Celsius.

The location was great and the staff was very informative.

My reservation stated two people however there was only one set of towels.

Location was right near the subway station. Staff was accommodating as we needed a larger room upon check-in. They had a jacuzzi in the room as well which was a nice plus.

there was a bit of mold in places and the room needed to be touched up with paint perhaps in a lot of areas
