understaffed and some staff can be unfriendly, no WiFi in the room - pretty disappointing when you have a online meeting, the kitchen definitely needs a new ventilation and filters ,because since the early morning you could smell the frying fish, chicken in the restaurant dry and cooked probably early morning, chaos in the restaurant - not enough staff, great marketing and pictures don’t really reflect the reality.

Very friendly staff.Excellent location. The hotel is near the lake, surrounded by beautiful forests. Delicious breakfast and very tasty meals ordered from the restaurant. Kayaks and paddle boards available to rent. Lovely fishing spot.

The room I stayed in didn't match the one on booking. com confirmation letter. Apparently this is the issue they have with Booking. com however I was expecting much bigger room, since I payed for deluxe and got a very small and hot room. Rooms have very random furnishings and we had to wait ages for hot water in the shower. Parking not included in the price, issues with Wi-Fi, no fridge in the room.

Comfortable beds, a big room, professional staff, location - at the lake, surrounded by pine trees. I was in early May, it was nice and quiet - as I wanted. I was given a room upgrade :)

- location is perfect directly by the lake with quiet surrunding - food both breakfast and everything we ordered in the restaurant - staff in the restaurant was amazing :D - room was ok, recently renovated - you can bring your dog :)

- lack of small fridge in the room despite the fact there is a lot of space for it - mattress could be more comfortable - parking should be included in the price or information about its cost more transparent as we found out about it on the departure

Nice, large, clean room. Good buffet breakfast. Tasty restaurant food. Nice location right on the lake. Friendly staff.

There was no fridge in room so we had to throw away some presents we'd brought all the way from Paris. 🙁 Despite coronavirus related posters in every room, no one respected safety measures, not even the staff.

Expected a room, got an apartment!! Lovely view of the lake! Two lanes for bowling was a fun, unexpected bonus!!
