My stay at the hotel was a nightmare. The TV set was not working - the female staff at the counter did nothing when we asked for help! The cups provided were put directly on the table surface and not on a tray.
Not provided with a breakfast for a suite that cost RM590.00 for two nights. WIWO hotel, Bintulu that cost RM118.00 per night provided breakfast for two guests. I thought I would get a few dollars back when I checked out as the rate per night was RM557.00

The location was perfect! Near to Pasar Malam. No need transport to find a place to eat because it is just nearby.
The room needs to be upgraded. First checked in one room, There were cockroaches everywhere and the room was so smelly. The air conditioner is not that functional in another room. The plug is not functioning too. The water heater is also not functioning. The swimming pool needs to be upgraded and the water is a bit greenish...

The location.
The TV need repair and upgrade. The TV screen is blur and hardly can watch the programme. We stay there to relax but TV is hardly can watch the channel. Better no TV.
