The room is very clean, everything was perfect. Comfy beds and pillows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of parking available. Nice neighborhood, close to all attractions.

we loved the hotel and the room was more than we expected. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was not great. The potatoes did not taste good, but the rest was par for what we have encountered elsewhere

Coffee was left on all day and by late afternoon was very strong. Could you get a Kurig for the dining area? Coffee in the morning tasted fine

We stayed 4 nights The specially made hot breakfast was very nice during the week, but the choice was very limited at the buffet when it got busy on the weekend and the hot breakfast wasn't offered.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot in town! Close to all the attractions that you want to go and see. The hotel is new and very, very spacious! The room we had was awesome . They offered a hot breakfast as well. Worth every penny and we will go back again!

That we didn't stay longer! You easily need a few days in Souris to see all the attractions and visit all the shops. Nice variety of restaurants in town that we wished we could have gone to as well.

Room is clean and quiet. I like that it is close to amenities.

I was asking for 2 extra pillows for my back (i hope problem sleeping) my position should always be elevated. And yout staff said , they wont do it since there is 4 pillows in each bed. I hope next time you have more souvenirs on hand for those visiting Souris.

They have found a way to provide a good hot breakfast, while dealing with covid regulations. You are given a menu to fill out the night before, with a wide range of options for your meal. Love the peacocks that have taken possession of the town. It's just a short stroll to the swinging bridge.

The location was excellent. The hot breakfast was really not edible. Stick with the continental breakfast - - warmed up something that might of been an egg was unedible -- -especially with a plastic fork. Everything else was great.

First time visiting Souris and we stayed at the Souris hotel during COVID times. It was a really positive experience for our family. Probably more quiet than usual, but that’s fine by us. It looks like it’s a brand new or newly renovated hotel, but whatever it is - top marks in terms of being very clean, great amenities and helpful staff. We had two double beds and they were plush and very comfy. The room was set up in such a way as the washroom separated the two beds - almost like two separate rooms with two TVs. My daughter thought that was fantastic! A lot of pride goes into this hotel - you can tell by how well it is taken care of.
