The hotel was clean and attended to each day while we were out. Our only complaint is that we were in the room directly below the area where breakfast was served, so there were carts rolled and people walking around every day, starting at about 4:40. I'm just glad we didn't have small children with our group. It was very annoying to be woken up this way every day on a vacation.

This hotel had our Air Conditioner locked at 70 degrees the whole trip. I called as soon as we got in the room and again several hours later. They just offered us a fan. For $300 per night I don’t want to sleep with a fan. The sink was also clogged and with multiple calls was never resolved. We got a $50 credit for the discomfort of the trip after we checked out. I will never stay here again.

Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids trip, we got lucky getting the end of the hallway room it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable but pillow not so much. Having breakfast was nice, we didn’t have to go out in the morning going to Disney. Walk to Disney wasn’t bad, my 6 year old niece did just fine.

Amazing base for a Disneyland trip. Comfy beds, lovely setup for the family, cost effective, good breakfast included, very quiet for a hotel full of families.

Nothing to complain about. Besides the beds could be softer. Other than that the place is great, very close to the park, very clean and updated. Breakfast is good.

Very close to Disneyland. A kids play area in waiting room with disney movies playing. Pool & hot tub were great to relax after a long day at the parks. Helpful staff answered all my questions and concerns. Room was very spacious for a family of 5 wjth2 queen beds and sofa bed. This was our second time staying here and i will stay here again our next Disney trip.

The room was clean, staff was courteous, and the complimentary breakfast was great! The ladies who were putting out the breakfast were sweet to my toddler when she started having a hard time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Just a walk away from Disneyland. We look forward to staying here again.

Room was what you expect at this star rating - appears to be undergoing small renovations. Staff were friendly and attentive, and always helpful. Location great for Disneyland - about 15 minute walk to entry gates. Plenty of on-site parking if you are driving. Would stay here again.

Great stay with only a 15 minute walk to Disney. Great room service selections and comfortable beds. Good Continental breakfast!! Only downside was we found two cockroaches in our bathroom throughout our stay :-/ would have given it five stars if it weren't for that.

I usually don’t review but want to give a shout out to DesertPalms Hotel staff as they were awesome in taking of our family Breakfast great, very clean only wish they had a shuttle to Disney I know the ART picks up an drops off right next door but we never seemed to be able to catch it at right time Walking ok but when yiu get older as we are that walk after walking all day at Disney was hard however I still give them 5 stars

Love the idea that is walking distance in Downtown Disney but the fact that there's too many homeless people around the area, i dont feel comfortable going out or walk around at night time.

This hotel is clean, in a nice area, convenient to restaurants and a short walk to Disneyland. They have a full breakfast bar with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle bar, coffee, juice...it was perfect!I would definitely stay here every time I go to Disneyland. Great stay!

The hotel was nice enough, pretty much what you’d expect from a budget hotel and very sufficient for staying at Disneyland. The free breakfast was great and saved us a lot of $ and time. They had a do it yourself waffle station, cooked eggs (scrambled or omelet), a meat item, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and doughnuts. Breakfast staff was nice. They only do basic house cleaning (empty garbage cans & fresh towels) but still our room got missed twice in our one week stay by housekeeping (we called the front desk and they brought up clean towels). Our beds only got made once during the week stay. The area is a bit sketchy; it is beside the 7-11 and there are quite a few homeless people there at all times. The location is a quick walk to Disneyland. It only took us a 10 minute brisk walk to security. It is close to Walgreens & Pizza Press and walkable to Target (or a $10 Uber). There is a considerably higher than most resort fee that may or may not be included when you book. Make sure you inquire! Parking is extra (didn’t use so idk any more). They will tag hold your luggage if you check out early but don’t fly out until late. There is no fee for this and it worked awesome. Lobby is secure at night- use room key to fob in. I was satisfied - price was reasonable. I’ve stayed at 4 different hotels in this area and it was not the best but not the worst.

Duty

Had a great stay. Interaction with front desk and other staff was friendly and helpful. The whole facility including rooms were very clean. While full housekeeping was every few days, the light housekeeping was certainly fine. Enjoyed the buffet, the staff was great and a good variety of choices. Would stay here again.

There was a few homeless on the corner of the hotel where we had to pass by everyday.

Room had bugs, toilet seat had pee dribbles as well as the floor so clearly housekeeping hasn’t cleaned. Shower was filthy and water from shower and bath was brown.

Great place to stay for a visit to Disneyland

Staff was very friendly. Easy parking. We got a suite with bunk beds which my kids loved. Restaurants across the street.

Very close to the parks. Wish they serviced rooms daily. Saying they don’t because of Covid is a joke.

Great location for visiting Disney. Used the room service twice, great food , convenient and a decent price. Pool and fitness room were both nice and clean, easy to use. Morning breakfast was a nice selection , great way to start the day.

The staff was extra friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! The room was clean and nicely made up upon arrival. The only thing is still post Covid no full house keeping daily, but they do trash and towels. Even with the mini service it was enough for us and we never needed any extras! There is a daily parking fee, so be prepared for that. DEFINITELY WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
