I have been staying at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas since 2010. I fell in love with the vibes of the hotel, how nicely it's kept up and the staff. I feel very much at home and can relax by the Azure Pool, or have fun at Splashtopia, or just hangout in one of the spacious rooms that dot the property. I highly encourage everyone to check out the Omni Rancho Las Palmas, as it does not dissapoint!

The front desk is very rude. Both days. The lazy river was closed wasn't aware of till we got there and that was the main reason I booked. Someone stole my Gucci sandals, son's new crocs and hat while I was swimming. When I called front desk wasn't helpful at all about it.the sheets had blood stains. Don't think I'll be booking at omni again.

Rancho Las Palmas is our favorite hotel. This time around, we had some difficulties unfortunately. The main family pool with lazy river, water slides etc were closed for our visit. No notification from Expedia when booking. No communication from the hotel beforehand. A letter was handed to us upon check in. Had we known, we would have waited to book (traveling with our sons). We asked to talk to the manager and she could not have been less interested in talking to us. Did not want to help. A “too bad for you” attitude. If you’ve been to this hotel, you know you pay a premium for the family pool area. Such a bummer. We still love this hotel but will definitely be calling before booking from now on. I wish they would have been more transparent. Really the only person who treated us poorly was the manager we spoke with. All other hotel employees were great, as usual.

It’s a nice place to stay with the family, specially if you’re kids are young, the pool and the lazy river worth the trip.

We always enjoy Omni Rancho Las Palmas. If you have little ones don’t miss out!

The ambiance, design, lazy river, adult pool, lighted walk ways, yummy drinks and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed the dual pool access, one for children and one for the adults only. Convenience with a quiet setting.

The service for check in was fantastic and service at the cabanas as well. It was for a family birthday party and was very family friendly.

It was amazing , we loved everything about the resort. Will definitely be back again

The lazy river was awesome. And the room were very clean.

Place looked old and smelled old, specifically the carpet. You can hear conversation from upstairs. Not enough restaurants on the premise.

Very family friendly and all staff are very respectful and kind! The pools are great for little ones and the food is amazing.

So honestly i really did want to love this property after driving 2.5 hours from LA. We wanted a lazy river and a pool and that was what we were the most excited over and the whole reason why we booked OMNI. What we got was an average room with 1/2 filled toiletries bolted to the shower, barely enough towels to dry off with and a refrigerator that didn't work. They were prompt in delivering a new fridge but left the old one over in the corner of our room. We arrived right at check in and when we went to check out the property by the restaurants the adult pool was packed with drunks doing cannon balls. Please be advised that if you have mobility issues or the temperature is 114 degrees and you are checking in on a Saturday you might not be able to find parking. There are golf carts taking people clear across this huge vast grounds so use them. Also, if you are expecting clean pools absent of clumps of long stringy hair FORGET IT. If you are expecting chlorinated water, forget it because it was cloudy and salty. We first tried the smaller pool by the arcade, food packages and left over drinks everywhere. We then decided to try the bigger "family pool", 9:00 pm and packed with kids and adults throwing hard sided footballs and totally chaotic. The next day we went to the lazy river and floated on inner tubes and the entire thing was packed. If floating in hot barely chlorinated water is your thing you will love it! Waterslides were fun but needs sanitizing. Thanks but no thanks.

Everything is very good, only parking has no cover, and cars are staying under sun for days.

Everything was great and pleasant. The bed was amazing the room was clean and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided smelled amazing. The pools were great for families and couples. The staff was very professional.

Nice property, the extra amount of fees makes it somewhere I will not travel to again.

I liked it overall, but it was too crowded, and almost no parking available at night.

Dirty rooms i arrived there late night. We woke up in the morning we saw bedbugs on the beds. Then immediately informed the in-front deck they kinda didn’t believe us. But we took pictures and showed to them. My wife and I packed our stuff and left. I also wanna mention that the room price was 194$ per night. 2 night should be somewhere around 450$-500$after tax and service. They charge us 800$.I didn’t understand why. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Overall we had a great experience. Friendly and courteous staff.
