Motel was having some construction done waa a bit liud at times. Overall a goid experience.

There was unusual smell coming as soon as you enter the buidling and room. Most likey its smoking smell. Also, toilet is not flushing properly. You have to do it 3 to 4 times in order to completely flush.

It was easy to get to. Enjoyed the breakfast too! A lot of variety and choices to have. The beds were small for two people and the pillows were small too. I think I might stay here again, even despite these problems.

Felt it was overpriced. The place is OLD, outdated and has a smell. Our deluxe room with a jet tub was on the bottom floor where the rooms open to the parking lot. It’s like a motor lodge from the 60's or 70's. I expected much better from Best Western. Will not return.

I recently booked a room at this hotel through Expedia.com and had a very bad experience. I noticed the room was listed as smoking but assumed the hotel would clean it properly for the next guest. However, it was unbearable, and my family and I couldn't stay there for even an hour. At the front desk, I requested another room, but all rooms with two full beds were booked. They had a single room with a king bed available, but the system wouldn't allow the transfer, and even the manager couldn't override it. We had no choice but to cancel the booking. Here are my questions: Why would Expedia suggest a smoking room to a family with children? Isn't it common sense to design the portal to avoid this? Even if mistakenly booked, shouldn't Expedia or Best Western double-check with the guest? Due to these issues, I had to book another hotel at a much higher price. I lost $120 from the canceled booking and paid an extra $180 for the new hotel, totaling a $300 loss. Who is responsible for this? I won't book through Expedia.com or stay at any Best Western in the future. I don't recommend this booking agent or hotel. Additionally, during the hour we were in the room, we noticed several issues: no oven or refrigerator, and the water pressure in the sink was very low.

All around nice stay!

The staffs were AMAZING! But the room was kind dirty. As soon I walked in I started to sneeze. The breakfast was good, i was impressed. Just need to get the room better clean

We have stayed several times at this Best Western. The ground floor, external entrance room was very noisy. The hotel has a tired feel to it with threadworm sheets and some old visible grime. Friendly staff kept us coming back.

It was obvious that the best western was used by the government to house either immigrants or people in poor fiscal shape.

Neat and clean, comfy bed but pillows were horrible, I slept without. Breakfast was very good and the location is ideal

Spacious rooms with comfortable king bed and a microwave & fridge. Breakfast was good with cereals, omelets, waffles, pastries and fruit etc. We stayed for 6 nights in 2 different rooms as the 1st room we were allocated was westerly facing and the air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool enough. The staff were great when we told them this & sent the maintenance man up straight away to look into it before we changed rooms.

This are simple rooms in a okay area. It is a good hotel to stay the night, clean. Front desk lady was very respectful and helpful. Breakfast was dry good. I would stay here again if just staying one night to rest and be ready to keep going on a trip

I’m submitting this review a few months after we stayed. The hotel was nothing memorable… which can be a good thing in this price range. Gave us a comfortable stay at a fair price in the area we needed to be in.

The rooms on the first floor have doors to the outside parking lot. However, the second and third floors are typical hotel doors, facing inside. Our stay was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.
