Got off to a bad start during the check in process due to a misunderstanding and or lack of knowledge on the part of the of the evening desk personnel. Long story short; booked online a 1King bed with sofa bed, partial ocean view for 4 nights (itinerary # 72059857601717). Upon entering room 707 we immediately noticed it was a 2-double bedroom, no sofa. Went back to the front desk and went round and round about what happened. we were not satisfied, because we had to stay in rm707friday night and then transfer to 709 ( king bed/ sofa) on Sat. However, we did receive a call from the manager (Ashley) explaining the miscommunication and she left a $50.00 coupon (we could not use due to several of the restaurants listed were closed for the winter season) for our inconvenience. Needless to say, this birthday trip was not what we anticipated, but we did appreciate the Hepa air purification unit and the oven/toaster per our request for special items.

Great for a quick beach trip in summer but not much else. Nothing open nearby in offseason. Rooms small. No laundry rooom in building. Parking garage is kind of a mess. People smoking on balconies even though they’re not supposed to. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they are definitely the silver lining. Great views from balcony.

Great weekend for a birthday visit. The room was clean and Brothers Bistro is right downstairs for great pizza. Very convenient to ride my bike on the boardwalk

The location was right on the boardwalk. The balcony room had a beautiful view. It was clean and everyone from check in to housekeeping were friendly, professional and very helpful.

Fantastic!!! Especially to the staff!!! Went for the oceans calling concert and came back soaking wet the first night and the offered us towels at the door… even for people that weren’t staying there and just stopping to get out of the torrential downpour… i cant say enough about the place, the staff, the location, and cleanliness… please keep it up!!! We will be back

The staff was amazing. They consistently checked in on us, whether it was by a phone call or a text. Housekeeping checked in daily to see what we needed. All staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I loved my stay and will definitely stay again!

The access from the main strip to the parking garage is poorly marked and leads into a thin, tight alley. The staff was very friendly and once checked in, the room afforded a beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk.

Everything was great except left. I am handicapped and Talked a handicap word, but there were never.
And handicap spaces available in the parking garage. So no every time I went out to use the car because to go somewhere I would have to come back and go to the front desk and ask for help finding a space. Too why my room and balcony were right above. A huge air conditioning unit. From the building restaurant next door it was very loud and you can hear It through the patio.
