The room was okay. The bed was comfortable for me. The room looked clean. I killed two roaches and had another that got away the first night. The second night my husband killed another one and had one get away. The water pressure was not the best but was okay.

Due pet urine the stay as good as it should be and I did not have a pet

The hotel isn't located in a great area. The management was friendly and helpful, but the room had roaches. I had to leave early, thankfully. But have not yet received my refund for additional 3 nights I was unable to stay.
I do not recommend this hotel.

I booked this room at around 12-1 am b/c i was travelling and needed somewhere to pull over and sleep. Paid for the room, got there 30 minutes later only to be told i couldnt get it b/c check in was at 3pm. Had to rebook a whole room, pay full price and lost money paid for original room. I do a lot of traveling and always book rooms late at night and NEVER had to deal with this. Very inconvenient! Also, with the time i booked there was no way to book for the day before. My ONLY option was to book for the days i booked.

Room was nice and clean. Only had 1 towels for a king room but when asked for another and extra shampoo they were quick to provide. Staff was extremely nice throughout how stay. Breakfast was basic but still good. We were on the road side so lots of traffic noise.

Was a good stay, was hard to communicate with the cleaning people to clean my room, but got it done. The main staff were very helpful. Was a bit disappointed there was no pool. Or I could not find it...

The air conditioner was very noisy and didn’t seem to cool very well the one bed was the noisiest I’ve ever heard squeaked terribly . Between the 2 it kept me up all night

Was not pleased with hotel. Floors were dirty . When I reserved rooms requested first floor joining rooms but when I got there was given 2 floor rooms. Had requested first floor due to my wife’s and mother in laws back and knee issues. Will not be staying there again.

I stayed at this property several times in the late 1990s and early 2000s. This was my first time back in about 15 years. The property is no longer maintained to the level it was then. The shower head was hanging by its pipe, and the bathroom smelled strongly of mildew.

The room stunk like smoke. Outside garbage containers overflowing with garbage. Not a pleasant place to stay.

If you understand you are paying a low price for an okay room, it is fine. A couple things did not work right when we arrived, but they did take care of them immediately and the rest of the week was fine. The employees were very friendly and nice to talk with. The A/C filters had not been cleaned in quite a while, but they did clean them as soon as I brought it to their attention. Breakfast was provided in the lobby. It was convenient and consistent each day. If you want something different each day, Cracker Barrel is right across the street. Internet and TV worked fine the entire week I worked from the room. We have stayed at a dozen different places in Cleveland over the years. There are nicer places for a bit more money, but again, if you just need a decent place to stay for a fair price, Days Inn is fine.

This was by far the nastiest hotel that I have stayed in. No part of it was clean . I had hair in my bed , assuming from previous guests. The room was very outdated , toilet was broken , mold on the walls , drywall pairs not finished , towels were dirty , grout was black ....I guess it's true , you pay for what you get ...DON'T STAY HERE

We found 3 roaches in our room. We would have checked out but it was late. We had to carry all of our luggage and things back to the car to keep them out. So disgusting. Informed them when checking out, didn't seem shocked, didn't offer a refund.

Did not see bugs however flooring was not put together in one place the outlet at the sink was broken and exposed wires, bathroom wall was dirty, smelled very very old. Room was hot when we entered and when turning air on it smelled horrible...sickly mouldy smell. Deg needs work.

This was a decent room. The road was pretty busy and noisy out front. I was disappointed that despite booking a ground floor room i was put upstairs and all handicap spaces are in front of the stairs (how does that make sense??). So getting up to my room with all my stuff and dogs was a pain. Room had a couple of things maintenance should take care of including ceiling cracked and trying to come down around the fan. A/C functioned but did not cool so my room was too warm.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean and check in was easy. The two chairs in the room needed to be replaced. Everything else was good. Would stay there again.

One wash Cloth and two towels for 2 people? Couple in room 104 next to us arrived then placed their two dogs in the room and left about 6:30 PM. The Dogs barked until 11:45 PM when the couple returned. Then the couple talked loudly in the room before they finally retired at 12:30 AM. Dog Poop in the grassy all areas surrounding the facility.
You need a single fenced area for dogs to be relieved in... A container for bagged dog waste, and a large sign that tells dog owners that dogs may not be left alone at any time in rooms. Constant Dog Barking will not be permitted and we may ask you to leave. I paid $10.00 for my dog overnight stay. Those funds should be utilized for the area and signs.

It looked like the motel may have been remodeled in the last year or so and the room was pleasing to the eye. The staff was friendly. We would probably stay there again if we are up that way.

The room was dirty my poor grandchild her feet got dirty just walking around inside the room. I had to keep socks on her. After what they charge you would think they would at least keep the floors clean won’t stay there again

On checking the room, found hair on the sheets and a dirty bathroom floor that appeared not even swept nor mopped. we requested another room which was worse with bad smell on the sheets and more hair on pillow cases and the floor tiles were so loose could make someone fall. A hazard. The attendant was very willing and polite to help us change rooms and understood the problem found. At breakfast the coffee was really bad unable to drink it. The whole experience was dissaponing. We moved to a hotel instead.

This is an old property which had recently been painted and new linoleum so there was a definite smell. We were short on washcloths but they gave us more bath towels and one more washcloth. In the end, I was missing a small tablecloth for preparing our food.
