As soon as we walked in, it smelled so nice! The check in and restaurant area was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and bed was so comfortable. The pullout couch was easy to set up. Only downside is that there was no refrigerator in the room. We went to the pool, which was clean and well kept. Parking was simply and free. All in all, it was a great experience!

Hotels.com canceled this trip at the last minute. 12:50 am on the day of the trip and Alex from Central America stated the hotel was under renovations. Seriously- Alex from Central America - you just found out at 12:50 am on the day of the reservation. Alert from Central America also claimed he did not have a Supervisor and that Expedia which owns Hotels.com did not have a physical address to send a compliant. Do not use Expedia or any of the company’s they own. There is zero customer service. They outsource from the US their customer service and they have apparently approved their employees to at best embellish what is truly going on.

No parking included for price paid. Rooms were ok.

Good location, easy to get around, to all places, walking, buses, taxi. Great staff and services, nice and courteous. Plenty of choices for dining in walking distances.

Long wait time to check in. Only one agent to serve a big crowd Hotel doesn’t not provide the basic items such as: a bottle of water, shower cap. body lotion etc. Room was clean 👍

Having the elevator go to the "garage" level but not letting guests park in it is misleading. The restaurant didn't have enough people working and it wasn't open late enough especially on a weekend. The pool was really cold. The lights in the bathroom were blindingly bright; like flood lights.

The staff was kind and the hotel was in the center of everything that we were there for.

This is a convenient location to all of things in Oakland and U of Pittsburgh. I noted when I walked in that there was a perfume smell that was being vented into the lobby and hallways. This was not pleasant. We also had someone smoking marijuana on our floor. This was reported to staff.

We had a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Nice snacks with bottles of wine available. The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for two nights. The coffee in the room was only supplied for one night, although coffee was available in the lobby. The $30 parking fee, per night, was a surprise, and will probably mean we won’t stay again, despite the central location. Nevertheless, our time spent there was pleasant.

Given the recent security hiccups they were able to handle the situation and provide a comfortable stay.

We happened to stay when the entire world lost internet. So, we did not have a card for pur room the entire weekend. We had to rely on hotel staff to let us into our room. Very inconvenient,but not their fault. Our tub dripped water all day and night long. But other than that, very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a really nice property and was walkable to the college campuses we were visiting. The staff was really friendly and accomodating.

Such a huge difference between April and July!! Renovations look great and everything is up and running. Hotel was spotless and smelled awesome!

They charged my card for $250 for no reason (my guess is they put another person's charge on my card). I called the hotel, and the front desk asked me to call accounting. But accounting never answers the phone and never replied my message.

I booked the hotel for 2 days initially and added another day later on a separate reservation. Check-in was quick, and the hotel seemed clean with professional staff and many amenities like lounges, a small gym, and three elevators. There's a dining area with paid options but complimentary water. Parking was quoted at $29/day with unlimited access. Now...the CONS: blood on the toilet upon arrival which I cleaned myself. On the second day, I was locked out of my room and told to check out and back in, despite my confirmed three-day stay. Rep even blamed me that it's my fault when I have already told them that I am staying 3 days. Housekeeping entered despite the "Do not disturb" sign, which was a VIOLATION. I had to move rooms due to bathtub repairs, and the new room's toilet had a strange smell—possibly rust or mold? The parking cost ended up being $39/day due to "taxes." I've ask them many times and they kept saying $29/day. If I knew it would be $39, I would've just park in there for $22/day and pay through the parking structure instead (no BS taxes).

Hotel was new and nice. Air conditioning made a weird noise. Not many local coffee shops open in the summer. Super easy to walk to museums and restaurants. Very quiet area to stay. Felt very safe. Parking was easy but we were not given a good description of the parking options.

There were a bunch of glitches from the changeover from The Wyndham To the Courthouse Marriott. The dining got worse , got COVID from your hotel staff

Nice hotel great location at University of Pittsburgh. Room, lobby, gym, restaurant are all nice. Food was expensive. But these are good local restaurants as options.

I just wanted a location to rest that was closd to the Pit campus.

Very quiet, comfortable, and easeful stay

Parking lot exit wasn’t working and you had to call the desk to get out. Food options, small cafe were fine. Other than that all was good.

Check in was the longest I endured for a prepaid room. There was no coffee maker, it was soon delivered after I requested it. However, the person who brought it questioned my request for additional cups. Even though I told the front desk I paid additionally for breakfast with my reservation it took 15 minutes for them to identify that fact. The next day when I went to eat breakfast, I hadn’t received a coupon so I had to pay for it. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk to figure out how to credit the breakfast back to me because I ended up paying for it. I was happy to receive my money back. However, upon check out, they charged for breakfast for the two rooms that I reserved.
