So the property looks nice and the photos online. But when in person you can see it's a cheap and Hasty renovation. The windows leaked air, the door separating our room from the other room had a broken lock on it, no trash bags and the heating and air conditioning system could only be one or the other. Other than that the place was decent nicely priced good area and was clean in the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice.

Check in was good. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean, but the walls are very thin and you could hear everything. Additionally, when I turned the air on all it did was pump hot air out.

Not at all what we expected based on description. Would not stay again. Limited Parking leading to street parking and subject to parking tickets. Room was larger than most. Bathroom sink was clean,however, maintenance repairs needed.

Overall, they hotel is great, but the carpet definitely needs to be changed, it has some stains and when the A/C is turned off, it has a bad odor, nothing significant but noticeable enough. Other than that, excellent experience!

The bed was comfortable, sheets & towels were clean, plenty of room. The hotel was newly renovated from an old building, but everything worked well. It was convenient as it was very close to Metro station and GW for us. Choice of restaurants was limited within 5-min walk, but you can find anything & everything when you walk 10-20min. It was our first no-cash hotel (for buying drink & snack).

I like the style of the hotel. It was a boutique vibe. I like how close it was to the train. The dining options were good. The only problem I had was my key didn’t work when I first checked in after a long travel day. I went down to try and resolve it and they gave me another key that also didn’t work. Went back down and said someone must come up with me I will not be coming back down again. The Maitenance man went up with me and finally fixed the card. I got a free ginger ale for the hassle and that made me happy. The front desk clerks were nice and welcoming. The room was a good size, the air conditioning worked very well. There was a heat wave when I stayed so I was very pleased that the air worked so well. The mattress was very comfortable. The shower pressure was good and I loved the vanity area. I had enough space for all of my makeup and jewelry. I got everything I needed from this stay! If I ever have to be in DC area for business again this is where I will stay.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, I found a stain (that looked like blood) on the sheets, and to my shock, housekeeping didn’t change the sheets—they just folded them back! When I called to address this, they informed me that their service was closed for the night, so I had to change the sheets myself.
To make matters worse, they also failed to take out the trash, leaving it in the bathroom. This level of carelessness and lack of hygiene is unacceptable, and it completely ruined my stay. I expected better and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very walkable to GWU and National Mall. Website mentioned on site parking but it was full when we arrived and we had to street park first night. No breakfast or restaurant on site. We were told their ‘market area’ would have breakfast sandwiches & yogurt available for purchase, but first morning was only tuna sandwiches left from the day prior. On the bright side, Dunkin can be door dashed. Highly recommend a dinner at Circa - very walkable, cut through GWU

We have stayed at The Arc Hotel several times in the past. It is our absolute go-to in DC. The place, the people and the location are absolutely fabulous!!!!

The hotel is located near GWU and within walking distance to a metro stop as well as some stores nearby. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

If I could give this hotel a 10 starts I would. Next to Gdub but easy access to all the land marks by Uber. Loved it. Also everyone is soooooo nice!
