The hotel was nice, clean, priced well and included breakfast. Being oceanfront was a big bonus.

2 huge cracks in the ceiling and wall of the bathroom.

Let's start with the door. I thought i was visiting someone in jail.need to replace door. Wires were coming from behind the HVAC unit. Hot water took to long to get hot. Did not get hot in the sink. I have stayed here before and was surprised at how they have fallen off. We will not stay here anymore

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel room was quiet, even though I know there were several families staying the night. The balcony was perfect for a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. The breakfast was very busy but they had plentiful food and continual monitoring and cleaning.
The door to our bathroom was tight, needed servicing, and the shower was dated, but very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was good about the hotel except the bathroom. It was shabby and in need of a major renovation. The shower and tub were awful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the view from our balcony was beautiful.

The hotel was clean & well maintained. Our room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff kept it stocked throughout the breakfast hours. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & welcoming.

My family spent three days here and from the start the hotel was a disappointment. Patio door had to be fixed, toilet wouldn’t flush correctly, and we couldn’t sit out on our balcony for the smell of marijuana and smoke from other guests below us. The breakfast options were so poor - overdone sausages and powdered eggs were the only hot entrees, along with brown bananas as the only fruit offered. It felt as if the hotel was doing the least they could do, not looking to the enjoyment of their guests. We would never stay here again.

It was not that great of an experience with the room. We were on the 5th floor and it was a stinking smell all over. Balcony was not in a great shape. Ocean view was great.

Excellent location, walk to the boardwalk/ beach. Very nice and courteous staff, room was clean, bed was cozy.

The view was fantastic, this is definitely an older property but they are doing a decent job maintaining the property. The parking lot is convenient but very small. I would return with my family in the future.

Enjoy oceanfront balcony

Perfect location right on the beach. Boardwalk offers good restaurants a few steps away. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Decor was ordinary but who cares when you have that spectacular view? Our visit got off to a great start because Wendy was at the front desk. Genuinely friendly and welcoming, she offered dining suggestions and other tips, and we had a few laughs. We felt at home. Really.

Stayed for the weekend with my mom and two of my sisters. Accommodation was more than sufficient. The weather could’ve been better but it’s September, so not really complaining. Not my first time here in Country Inn. Mom loved it and that’s all that matters.

Super Enjoyed the view, very quiet in the hotel as well. Breakfast was lovely, but not open long enough for relaxing late risers. Cut off of 10-10:30 would make more sense for vacationers. Reception was off putting, semi rude & not welcoming, took too long. Our room could’ve been cleaner, there was hair everywhere, balcony, furniture, floor etc. & the bathroom was not as described on the site, uncomfortable. Average to poor is more appropriate.

Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Eggs, bacon, breads, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee etc
Staff was friendly
Hotel smelled good and was not musty like others we stayed at on the boardwalk
Parking was plenty of spots and yes we got our pickup in the garage. 6ft clearance but lots of large trucks and SUV’s fit
Overall we would definitely stay here again

We had a nice stay. We are a family of 4 and had space in the room and a beautiful beach view. The breakfast was simple (waffles, eggs, bread, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and meat). The pool is NOT heated and the sink was backing up a lot but otherwise, the room and hotel were clean and quiet.

Our favorite hotel in Virginia Beach! Clean room welcomed us in, nice and cool, and very friendly. I like that we can park early and enjoy the area until the room was open. We had a mobility scooter with us and there was plenty of room for it in the room, even could turn it around and roll right out the door. Everything was great!

We did not use the pool because it had s greenish tint but it was fine because we stayed at the beach. The location of this hotel is outstanding. It has convenient and easy access to the beach. That is a huge plus. You literally walk out the beach access door and get to the beach. It has stores and restaurants in walking distance. I didnt have to drive the entire vacation. The lobby staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and a perk for a big family. The hotel was clean and didnt seem outdated to me. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator and was super roomy for us. We never had enough towels because we showered frequently from the sand but all we had to do was ask the front desk for towels. This will now be our hotel when we come. It is very inexpensive and reasonably priced for what you get. Its defintely an amazing deal. Oh, and every room has a balcony overlooking the ocean so this is another perk. We had an amazing getaway thanks to Country Inn
