Great hotel for the price. Pool and beach area was nice. Rooms were comfy and clean.

Room had roaches that were dead. killed two in bathroom. a woman pad on floor. Front desk just apologized. They could care less. tried to get room changed that was impossible. Nothing was available so I really had no choice but to stay there I cleaned the room with my Clorox wipes and Lysol spray. I got brand new towels from laundry room sheets, blanket from laundry, room, myself and clean the room. I’ve always stayed at the Hampton Inn. this was the very first time, I stayed here. It was filthy. I’ve always stayed at the Hampton Inn and now with this horrible experience I don’t know what to say about Hampton Inn. This was supposed to be a mother daughter vacation that we plan together and we go to the hampton Inn, which is very disappointing for money I spent on the room and I was facing the parking lot, not a Bayview as it said, what I spent on the room was not worth it $271, for a filthy room not again . this is supposed be an enjoyable vacation for us don’t get me wrong. We had a nice time outside of the room, but find those things in the room and the room be dirty. It’s not right. I would not recommend Hampton Inn Key Largo to anybody again.

Lobed the beach front, as well as general location ... near almost everywhere we intended to visit

Manatee bay, the private beach, you will be able to swim near many manatee. Made the stay!

The pictures of the beach looked amazing on the web but in reality the water was so murky n dirty. Not a good place to swim. The staff was wonderful. I just think the outside beach area was a heart breaker. Over all it is okay if you are just staying to rest n not doing water activities.

The staff go above and beyond to help make your stay amazing. Beach, Pool tiki bar, iguanas, water activities. The little touches in the room are impressive. Olivia was the bomb with all her guidance and assistance. She deserves a raise or Hampton shares lol. She is a valued employee. Hard to find those types of employees so reward her well.

Bad experience

The hotel is seriously in need of a face lift as well as lots of repairs. The elevator did not work for two of the three days we stayed and we had to make several trips down the stairs to load our vehicle. There was a phone in our room that was just a shell without the guts.

This was a great property. The pool was nice and I loved the beach access.

Wonderful stay and fabulous staff!

Overall it was really good. Private sanded area for ocean access. Pool drinks overall environment was awesome. The only cons were the musty smell, must of had a flood a while back bc you could see the waterline, mold on the bathroom sink piping sleeves, rusted molded bathroom door frame (paint can’t cover everything).

Great place, great staff and service

Loved the private beach on the hotel property! Great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Fitness center had no AC when we were there so that was disappointing. But we would stay there again.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. Breakfast good enough to sustain us through morning dives. Proteins, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, etc with numerous toppings including whipped cream. The hotel is also walking distance from a number of restaurants. There are kayaks to rent, and lots of people were snorkeling. We did see a manatee the first day, but didn’t have time to hang out at the beach. The beach was clean, and there were free games to play like cornhole.

The stay was great. Excellent access to amenities. Friendly, Helpful employees at all times. The hotel was in the process of renovating some things, but this had no impact on the quality of the stay. Having gone further south after my 3 night stay here, I had a terrible experience with the Hampton Inn in Key West, which further illustrated how good the stay at the Hampton Inn in Key Largo was.

Where else in the Keys are you going to be able to have manatees come up to you nearly every day and so many iguanas?

The convenience of the pool and the beach. Also swimming with the Manatee in the bay.

We’ve stayed here before and enjoy the small beach but will not return until the property is updated. It’s very old with most of the rooms and buildings in need of repair.
