Very nice place! We stay here a lot but the air conditioning didn’t work this time. Needs a little updating!

Met and exceeded expectations for the price

Convenient and quiet location and reasonable rates, pleasant staff, clean but shabby rooms and lobby. Nice breakfast.

Safe to say i will never stay here again. The place was just gross from lobby to room. Carpets were nasty. The room smells of mildew. This place needs major renovations. Ill know better next time

I did not even stay. It has gone downhill in the past few years.

Waited 15 minutes to check in because no staff was around. Got to the room and it stuck terribly. Room was super outdated and hadnt been cleaned well. The next morning, housekeeping kept banging on the door and woke us all up (3 kids included) wanting to know about towels. Overall it was a horrid stay. Ive never had an issue at any other hotels from this chain so this was a location specifc issue. Wouldn’t recommend.

Facilities need updating

Rudely awakened by housekeeping at 7:50am sunday morning, lady entered my room then slammed the door back. When i got up to investigate she was walking down the hall and “said wrong room” if i had a pistol i mightve shot her. This practice needs to stop!

For the price, a great stay. Staff was all very quiet and facility clean. It is apparenrly an older complex and room had a bit of an aroma, most likely had been a previous smoking room. Breakfast was more than adequate in quality and choice. Would definitely stay again if in the area and a need.

Nearly unbearable musty odor in room - likened to lawn cutting shoes left out in the rain, remote to tv non-functional, only 5 channels available on tv when manually controlled - remainder of channels full of black/white static, sink clogged, toilet running - needed to self-fix, toilet lever needed holding down 8 seconds to get toilet to flush appropriately, stained chair seat, stained sofa cushions x2, clocks in room with wrong time, telephone not plugged into wall correctly - need to self-fix to make call to front desk, front desk employee states will come to room to discuss needs - did not show up, breakfast ended before 10:00. I was interested in overnight economy stay, but this stay was unsatisfactory on many levels with little interest/care shown from property staff/management. Disappointed and emotionally tired after helping parent with critical hospitalization x7 days (out of town) and vehicle breaking down, stranding family. Tolerated the night and asked for refund in a.m. Staff asked about concerns and then interrupted conversation while relaying concerns. Staff directed me to express concerns to Expedia. Hotel has not responded to Expedia inquiries to date.

When I arrived there were 3 people waiting to check in. It was 15 minutes before anyone even came. My turn, computer locked up for 10 minutes. Outside, pool was not useable. Inside, ice machine was out of order and appeared to have been down, including the public washer and dryer for a long time. Doors at ends of the building were not locked. Door to lunch room was locked when not serving. Waffle machine didn't work right.

Just could use some updating, but solid room if your staying for one or two nights

The facility was clean, the pool is closed for the season which should be noted if that’s what you’re looking for. The included breakfast had options for everyone with hot and cold options. Over all it was perfect for the price and a quick over night stop.

one of the worst experience we ever had..

This was a place to rest on a long the way to our destination. It is nothing fancy, what it was is clean, right off the highway & perfect for our needs.

Everything was fine. Don't believe those negative reviews.

The biggest letdown was that the pool was not open, it has been under construction for about a year and when we asked the front desk they said they are unsure what is wrong with it so they had no idea when it would be open again. We were counting on the pool when we booked the hotel. Although there was a notice about the pool being under construction but it also said that it would be open in MAY. We booked in July. . . The room seemed like it was clean but we moved the chair from the corner and there was someones dirty sock under it. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty and looked like it was moldy at the bottom. Not a very clean bathroom, and was dirty and looked like it was moldy. There was a rock propped under the tub drain to keep it open. The breakfast was ok all they really had was egg patties and sausage every day and there were s waffle makers amd some bread to make toast and some fruit and such.. it was pretty good though i guess. The staff were very friendly and helpful though i will give them that. The cleaning lady and the lady at the desk were very sweet. I guess i can say it was alright for a 47 dollar a night stay. But definitely needs some improvement.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms every day

The room smelled horrible as soon we walked in. Looked like piss stains on the floors in the hallway. We didn’t get the complimentary breakfast cause it was over at 9.
