The restaurant was closed for some reason though the hotel looked fully booked?
For reasons I cannot fathom, the hotel allowes the guests to smoke right in front of the entrance, tables and ashtrays provided?! It is not very nice to have to walk past the smokers.

The hotel was fine. It was inexpensive which was great. It felt a little run down. The bedding was worn but it was functional and clean. Parking was convenient and easy to get into the city.

We traveled with a group of students and this hotel was very nice - it was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was an amazing breakfast - many options and delicious food! The only problem was that it was outside of town a little bit and we had to ride the bus back and forth.

Just a one night stay with the family. We arrived late afternoon and wanted to have an early dinner. I asked the reception for the opening hours which was confirmed. Later no staff present in the restaurant so we decided to have our dinner outside. Also, the receptionist for the evening seemed more interested in the social interaction on his phone than servicing the guests. Ok for a night, but not impressed with the service.

Our room was smallish, but very tidy and food enough to stay for one night. No extra charge for our dog. Breakfast was excellent.

Staffs are the best of this staying experience. Hotel condition certainly will benefit from proper update but room prices are reasonable. Parking spacing if done properly would certainly avoid people parking in two spaces. Many large bugs are found in room but have to give up changing room after the second room as they didn’t have another one for us to change to.

Hotel was great, staff was friendly. They recommended some restaurants, and helped us with housekeeping requests. Parking was a little chaotic, but we managed to squeeze into a spot. Too many irresponsible people parking across multiple spots. Overall a great stay, although short.

Will not come back. This is the third time I stayed here all three times had issues with the room. Room smelled like someone smoked inside it. They changed the room for me second room ac did not work. This is the Sam experience I have had all three times. Hotel needs a major cleaning of all the carpets. For a 150 euro a night the hotel should be cleaner and a little more kept up.

Nice hotel a little far away from the city with spa and gym. Breakfast is outstanding.

Hotel is near the highway and +_3 km from the center. Parking cost are 8 euros/day. Breakfast is until 11am so ideal if you want to wake up late.

What a wonderful friendly staff! They helped us with which bus to take to and from downtown, (about a 10 minute bus ride from the hotel)gave us a map of the old town Heidelberg and which trails to visit. They were just so great. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Definitely will rebook next trip there!!!!

The staff were were super friendly and professional. The breakfast served at the hotel was by far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed at. Amazing!

It was very clean. The service was also good. However, the inside room facilities shoud be improved.
For example, the shower tap was not fixed so that i can not control the shower tab with respect to its height and angle.

Very clean place and quiet for sleeping. The only thing was that it was quite far from the city centre and it was far from restaurants near by. Loved the hotel, but next time I would stay closer to the city.

A bit difficult to find it. There is a bus stop at 800 metres for the city center and an other beside the hotel for the train station. The hotel is very nice. The staff is excellent. Very expensive breakfast.

I have paid for 1 night and I informed by email that I will check in on the 12 instead of 11 however when I came my booking was cancelled

It’s a place to lay your head and shower. The staff are not friendly and we felt like they could take it or leave it whether we were there or not.
