I really liked that the pet rooms had two doors: one that lead straight out to the parking lot, another that lead into the inside corridor of the hotel. The pool was 4ft at the shallowest part, which was way too deep for kids that arent great at swimming but thats understandable for the space available. It was the onpy hotel in the area that had their pool actually open and not closed for maintenance.

The location is good and very close to various shops. The interior facilities of hotel need to be modernized. Decent for a one day stay.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for one night and while we spent minimal time in the room, what we did experience was.. something. The price in comparison to other hotels is really the only advantage. Maybe the best for its price point in the area of Kelowna that it’s in. But the property itself is quite rundown, thankfully the rooms are clean and the beds were decently comfortable. It was not a 5 star experience by any means but I would possibly stay here again should I be on a budget the next time I travel.

everything was excellent except neither room was able to get the T.V. Clicker to work. Since only there for the 1 night, came back late from the show. We both just read before going to bed.

Just a quick one night stay. We moved from one home to another & our bedroom wasn’t ready so a nice fresh clean hotel was our choice. Comfy bed, lots of room, quiet. Would stay again for sure.

Simple, clean, air conditioning was cold. Pool was big and clean. Easy access to all of Kelowna.

This is a very dated property in dire need of an update. Was probably fancy 20 years ago with an onsite pub and liquor store. Air-conditioning in our room was not working when we arrived. That was resolved however it was clear that equipment was very old. TV was very small and hard to watch from bed. Sofa was stained. Bathroom toilet was super short and you felt like you were falling onto the floor. Counter height in bathroom was strangely low as well. Water in shower head was set to 5 needle like spray and couldn't be changed. icemachhine was extremely loud in hall nearby and people frequented it several times in the night (after 12 am). Road noise was excessive as well. Overall not a good stay. Glad it was only one night. I told reservation clerk were were unhappy and why and she said they would try to do better next time..THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME.

We had a great stay. My friend and myself got away a couple days without out husband and kids. We decided on this hotel as it was close to our favorite restaurant Keg and Moxies. Right across from the mall and a direct route to downtown and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. We used the pool which was clean and well taken care of. Overall good hotel.

bottom floor rooms that have an additional door to the parking lot aren't great. It smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpet was filthy!

I thought the hotel was ok enough if you were staying a night or 2 but its needs some renovations and upgrades. Some thing were falling apart in both rooms that we booked. Fridges were not working great and the coffee machine in the room wasnt clean because my coffee tasted a little like mold. I also had a lot of trouble with my check out process. They had charged me for both my room and the room my parents stayed in when my parents paid for thier room when we checked out. Had to figure this out for ourselves and wasn't told that the transaction didn’t go through. I just thought the whole experience was average nothing super great about this stay at this hotel. Not worth more than $120 a night at most.

The place was noisy, poorly located, beds were uncomfortable and TV remote was broken.

We stayed for a night after a long drive from Calgary before heading home. The staff were friendly. But the carpet on our room is so disgusting. It has stain everywhere. The bed is not comfortable to sleep in. It moves when you move. My kids enjoy the swimming in the pool.

Good selection of dining options a short walk away. Convenient location on Harvey Avenue but still quiet. Helpful staff.

Hotel page mentioned it is pet friendly, but actually not every room allows pet. They downgraded my room from loft to 2queen bed we have to accept it. Should state it clearly on the hotel page.
