It was awful. Bed sheet had blood stains. Told front desk and they didn’t do anything about it.

From the moment of checking in, when I was barely acknowledged or welcomed, to when I checked out, one of the worst hotel experiences. I should have known from spotting two monitors with a multitude of security cameras at the front desk that something was amiss with this Quality Inn. The hallways and room were filthy and the room had an unusual amount of damage and conditions issues. We decided not to do the free breakfast due to the condition of the room. Towels and bedding appeared to be clean. Bathroom was not.

When I checked in, I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. The front desk lied and said they contacted my wife but she did go on this trip and was not listed on the reservation. The room that I was given had roaches. I went to CVS to buy cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom and desk area. It was very loud, I could hear people in the room next to me and I kept waking up because it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. I was in town because I was officiating a college football game. I did not sleep well and left at the crack of dawn. I would never recommend this hotel. And I will never stay at this “Quality Inn” or any other “Quality Inn”

I like to swim when I stay and this hotel said it had an indoor pool, but it didn't say it doesn't heat it. The water was 60 degrees and though it was open till 10 pm the lights were never turned on.

Couldn’t stay at hotel because the rooms were disgusting ! One smelled like vomit, other had ants the other had food in it from a previous tenant. When brought up with the front desk they were annoyed and didn’t want to get a clean room or help. They were very dismissive. Went to get a refund because literally didn’t stay there and the manager denied it using the reason we book the wrong room. Which isn’t true and bas nothing to do with anything. Especially since it was disgusting. Don’t ever stay here!

The hotel itself was very rundown. It smelled of mold. The room was disgustingly dirty. There looked to be blood on one of the walls in the bathroom. There is mold in the shower smelled in the room curtains had stuff all over them. Not sure what it actually was not sure if I want to know either. The beds were comfortable were comfortable. The sheets appeared clean, but I did not get a good nights sleep because I was kind of grossed out. The hotel is reasonably price and that is why we chose to stay there and it didn’t have horrible reviews, but I would never go back.

The Hotel is pretty worn. Our first room was discusting, stains on the carpet, cigarette burns, dripping stains on the walls, all the furniture was damaged, wallpaper was ripped, bath had some sort of carpet at the botom that was coming off, the bathtub had been repainted and was scaling. We complained and were moved to the 3rd floor where the room was not as bad.

We actually didn’t even stay there because we felt unsafe. Unfortunate because we lost all the money. The hotel was NOT as advertised. We stayed at a Fairfield about 10 minutes away instead. I would not recommend this Quality Inn to anyone.

We were given the wrong room at a late check-in. Had a very long walk back to front desk. The 2nd night the room key didn't work and hd to go all the way back to front desk again to reprogram the cards. Very old hotel, noisy, bad smells.

Great Spot for the Six Flags Ten Minutes away theres a few good spots to eat just outside the hotel Overall a good experience check in was quick rooms were updated and clean

The property outside was very dirty liter all over the place. Inside the hotel had a very musty smell the room itself was not the cleanest and had dirt and crumbs on the table and tv stand. Also when checking in the clerk at the check in desk tried to charge my card for the full price of the room after I had already paid for the hotel and was very rude and pushy saying that I could not have paid ahead after showing my bank transactions showing the charge for the price of the room Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I loved how there was a pool!! The rooms were nice BUT the only thing I'd say the hotel should add would be fans in every bathroom. In the summer especially when it's humid, and taking a shower made everything and the floor wet. With a fan, the room could be more aired out and dryer.

Great stay… we arrived after midnight hoping for a smooth checkout and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The desk clerk was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very nice… newly remodeled and bed was super comfortable.

Not sure if our room was less because I got a deal but it was the worst room in the hotel! It was dirty, musky, and the balcony was unusable because of all the insects and lack of removing nests and webs! We tried to touch as little as possible. The halls were musky and smelled like the dogs I heard every morning! The elevators made me want to take the stairs until I realized there was no A/C and smelled worse. The whole place reminded me of the public housing in NYC! Would never pay that much for anything like that again!

not a great property. the good…clean bed and bath. the bad…musty, damp, jet engine a/c, noisy, dated. all of 23 channels on the tv. no nesn, no golf channel, no tbs. there are other properties along riverdale rd, try them, not this place.

Front desk staff was friendly, beautiful flowers outside and nice decor in the lobby, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle iron and lots of other options. Would highly recommend!
