The hotel was very run down not clean and the service terrible. Examples of the run down is our door keys o ly worked about ever 4th time both our room had to get keys rekeyed and they still didn’t work. There was dirt on out night stand out toilet ran the entire time there was someone else’s sock under our bed. When asking for towels and toilet paper (we had less than half a roll to start and no extra I was told I had to come and get it. The pool looked really uninviting and u kept. The elevator would randomly go to floors not pushed then back up for no reason it was so odd and felt unsafe. All in all we as a family of 5 adults in two rooms were very unhappy. For the cost it wasn’t worth it and all the pictures were deceiving.

This hotel is extremely over priced for the quality and condition. Very old interiors and the beds were uncomfortable, lumpy and creaked every time we moved. It was dirty and a poor choice on our part. Will not be staying there again. Not sure why Wyndham has its name attached to it. Not good for their reputation

The carpet filled with dirty white sots. The hot tub is super dirty and no jaz.

Dirty, old, pool cold & hairy- 17 year olds were disgusted and they are not easily disgusted.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly The location is very convenient and has easy access to 2 bus lines to SkyTrain station and other major shopping centers. It is a basic hotel which is needing touch up and upgrade on the whole.

Hotel was clean. The rooms were furnished nicely (Old but nice). We had a 2 night stay before flying back to Toronto.

The pool was quite cold, the hot tub did not have enough circulation to filter out floaties quickly and the beds were very hard. i need to double check as i thought i prepaid but the hotel also charged me for the rooms.

Booked for 3 nights. As we checked in the front desk attendant told us if we needed house keeping to please let them know the night before or before 8 am. Weird but ok. Get up the next morning to go have breakfast (the hotel included breakfast) there is a bagged breakfast, ok not going to complain however at $275 a night i guess i expected a little more. The pool had so much hair floating in it, the kids would not use the pool or hot tub. It was very dirty! When i asked the front desk to get housekeeping service the next day because we needed towels and the garbage taken out she handed me a garbage bag and said put it in the hallway. That house keeping would bring towels.... they never did. Another guest was having the same issue from what i overheard when I was grabbing bagged breakfast this morning. Except the lady behind the desk started snapping at her telling her she didnt work the weekend and she would have it taken care of. As the guest proceeded to talk to her the clerk walked away from her. I will not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. The place is extremely dirty and the front desk staff dont seem to care about anything. I unfortunately did not check the reviews as i usually trust Travelodge.
