Great stop off hotel with the kids. Clean & comfortable with helpful, cheerful staff.

Hotel was great but the food for dinner and breakfast was poor, cold and some was inedible which was a shame

The evening menu was a little poor for my tastes so had to eat out each night. And i wasnt able to get an arranged early breakfast as i had to leave early to catch ferry. Otherwise room was very nice and staff were very friendly.

The first night they gave me a room where was impossible to sleep due to sigarettes smell, and the hotel was totally booked so they couldn’t change my room and they just sprayed a freshener in the room…. The table under the tv was dirty, there was the sign of a cup of coffe..

The restaurant is a disgrace. Extremely poor service Clueless staff We stayed here on the way down south as an alternative to BB hotel , not worth the extra

Easy to find from motorway but a good way out of town centre which can be reached by bus from just outside hotel. Room quite good with big TV but only one English language channel but very stingy with tea and coffee which was only available with paper cups.. Restaurant very disappointing. After not very nice main course (steak and unappetising looking baked potato) waiter asked if we would like dessert. We said yes and he left to get us a menu but simply never came back. On the plus side selection at breakfast was very good.

The hotel was as expected a little further out than expected but fine

Excellent level of service. Access to Swimming pool is a plus. Enjoyable and neat property for families and individual travelers as well.

We were not very impressed. Our room was worn, the air on did not work well. The room was not provided with towels for 4 people The safe didn’t work There were too few staff on for breakfast it was very busy and little food available

Room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was superb, something for everyone. Very nice to have an electric charging hub for our car (these are not as readily available in France at the moment, so it was great to have the car charge while we were sleeping).

Perfect stopover hotel. Nice little pool, clean rooms and close to city centre. Breakfast a bit basic for its price.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the kiddies breakfast bar - and the buffet was varied and delicious not to mention great coffee! Thanks for having us!

Very good hotel for a reasonable rate. It seemed to cater to travelling business people. Breakfast was good but extra.

I have stayed here numerous times. They just finished renovating the reception area and the rooms. It was very well done and tasteful. The rooms are comfortable and have a modern outlook.

Excellent stopover on our way from Zeebrugge to the Dordogne.

The pool would have been lovely for a swim before breakfast but the opening times of the pool and the restaurant didn’t allow you to do both. We chose to swim as we had especially chosen the hotel because it had a pool but that meant we had to go elsewhere to have our breakfast. We weren’t happy about this and it rather spoiled our experience.

Reasonably priced, easy parking. Out of town centre so would need to drive to eat off site or see any attractions. Comfortable stay.

Spacious room and excellent breakfast but room heat barely working in chilly fall weather. Desk staff welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping forgot to leave towels and bedsheets didnt fit properly. New matresses with too small sheets that wouldn't stay on. Dinner in the restaurant completely disorganized on all nights.Waited 20 minutes for a menu and another 20 for our order to be taken with no drinks. What should have been a leisurely pleasant dinner turned sour. Wait staff seemed to focus on only one table at a time. Some guests left in total frustration; others got up and helped hemselves to water and bread from the service area. Unfortunately we had prepaid half board so had to wait it out. Dine elsewhere.

We used this hotel en route to and from our holiday destination. The room was really clean and nice to have a separate loo from the bathroom. Setter and desk in ro as well. Restaurant and bar areas clean and modern, staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Perfect stop-off on the way back to Dieppe from the Alps and we wanted to overnight in a town where there was something to see. The only downside is that this hotel is about half an hour's walk from the centre of Chartres, but we were in the car which took 10 minutes and parking was easy. The staff were great, the room was big enough and the beds really comfortable, even the sofa bed our son had. The breakfast was one of the highlights - there was all you'd want and more and the lady in charge of it all was lovely. All in all a great stay - we will definitely return to this hotel.

Common areas on main floor (e.g. lobby, reception and pool) all lovely. Upstairs Hallways looked a little tired and scruffy. TV remote and shower handle broken so I let them know. Staff very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel - looks quite upmarket from the entrance and lobby, restaurant etc modern and inviting. Staff pleasant but not overly friendly. Room very well equipped and lovely comfortable bed. Other guests quite noisy and inconsiderate but that seems to be the case everywhere we stay (perhaps I'm fussy)!! Pool nice and breakfast really lovely and great variety. Some road noise but probably not as much as if it was nearer the centre. We didn't have dinner at hotel as quite pricey but chain restaurants only a short drive away.

Well appointed, comfortable hotel. Spacious, clean and pleasant room. Very well placed for a stopover.
