Nothing like I was expecting given the reviews. Air freshener was so strong it made me sick. Rooms are very noisy and I had an unsafe feeling the entire time due to low lighting in the hallway and doors left open.

It was the super-nice choice for a reasonable price. The balcony view was just amazing. The bed was really comfortable. In other words, we had a lot of joy with my family.

my husband and I went on a short vacation. we have stayed at this hotel a few times and has always been very nice. the breakfast is exceptional and the folks that tend to it are very nice and do an awesome job. we always look forward to talking to Bonnie snd this time there was a you gentleman working who was very pleasant. Good short beach stay. Our room was ready early. It was clean,two rooms, oceafront balcony and 2 tvs. Breakfast had many choices and 5 people working.

I love this place. 2nd year in a row going for my mom’s birthday. They were kind enough to do something special for her when we arrived and fulfilled my request for a higher floor. Great staff. Cleaning was offered daily. Very FEW hotels still clean daily & I do a LOT of traveling. Right on the beach, almost a straight shot off the highway. I’ll be back!

Great stay. Typical 3* hotel with typical breakfast. Bed was comfy, room spotless, shower was hot with good pressure. I have 3 small recommendations for the hotel- add grab bar in shower, update hair dryer (insufficient for women with thicker/longer hair) and add a screen to balcony so you could open the door without fear of inviting insects.
Overall, a great stay. Convenient to everything, parking was easy, staff were very nice and helpful.

We loved our stay at Coastal!!! Very Clean!!! Did not have to worry about parking, always a spot open. Daily breakfast was amazing. Great Location, right in the middle of everything. Daily housekeeping service, always kept everything clean. We have stayed in SEVERAL locations on the Beach and this was by far one of the best!!! We will stay here again, no doubt.. THANK YOU!!!!

I didn't know what to expect when I booked the room. I had never stayed there before and you can't always tell from the internet what a room is truly like. Well I have nothing but praise for this property. It was clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast that they had was great and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel was really great. We needed two room “suite” and this room had a balcony overlooking the ocean as a bonus. Check in was fast and friendly

We had a wonderful stay! Breakfast was really good and changed up everyday. Came back every afternoon to a clean room and beds made! Beach views were beautiful and seen dolphins every morning!

great location, excellent oceanfront view, 2 separate king size beds, best breakfast ever. only problem beach access involves climbing a hill of sand - difficult for 70 yr old.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. Great breakfast options. The room was clean but the hotel overall could use some updating which should include the addition of more elevator access. Got so frustrated waiting for one we ended up carrying our luggage downstairs..

I liked that they had parking. I didn’t appreciate how the front desk employees were not customer friendly. There were lots of signs telling you what you can’t do, but nothing welcoming. Our very first interaction with the front desk was so offensive we considered looking for another place to stay.

The room was decent. The balcony was great. There was a few downfall. This room is for 4 people but only 2 chairs to enjoy the balcony also only 1 small table with 2 chairs inside. The pool was frigid felt like the temperature provided was of the room and not of the actual water. That was a major disappointment.
