I was charged more than what i was told on the original booking.

Paper thin walls. Your hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Maintenance had to come fix it. Tub didn’t drain until I work on it for 15 minutes. Rooms seemed small for the price. The bed was very comfortable though.

We’ve stayed several times at this particular hotel, always clean, always a safe feeling, the beds are comfortable, the location to activity, and the price point all seems reasonable.

It is a great place to stay in Boise. It is close to BSU, Boise Library, the State Museum, the State Historical Society, a grocery store, and many fine restaurants, and it is not far from downtown. It serves a fine breakfast and has helpful staff. I just wished handicapped parking was a little closer and I would be placed not so far from the elevator.

Our front desk clerk at check in was amazing so friendly and welcoming, our room was nice very comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was warm not very big and no hot tub which was disappointing. Breakfast was amazing food was hot and soo many options but the breakfast staff was not friendly at all didnt smile nothing and the front desk check-out clerk was not friendly either. Very disappointing after such a welcoming staff at check in.

Used this hotel last year for a trip to Boise. Rooms very nice and staff is friendly. Right next to the Greenbelt, so you can walk or ride bicycles. Fairly close to downtown Boise with car.

Cici helped me at check-in and she was amazing. The room was perfect. More lovely than expected. Breakfast was mind-blowing. I've never seen such a wonderful variety without ordering from a menu and the staff was so good at keeping everything stocked.

The treadmill doesn't work, and they couldn't handle that situation. The hot tub is small and only has capacity of only 4 which is weird. The pool is heated which is nice. The room is nice.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly but I was overcharged. I asked what my bill was when I checked out which matched what my reservation stated, then I look and I was charged $23.32 more than I was told. I called and was told some fee had increased. Manager is to call me back, as this is not acceptable. They also told me there is a 3% charge to use credit card. Don’t 99% of people use a credit card at a hotel???? We will see how this turns out after manager calls, but beware.
