Great location. Very pleasant friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the area. Lean bedrooms, with comfortable beds.

Wife was disappointed and disgusted. Dirty bedding, outside entry, warn furnishings, shower curtain should have been thrown out months ago. Room smelled musty. Staff were nice. We didn’t say anything.

I received a text to expedite my check-in. That’s fine except they referred to me as “Mx.” Mendoza. Who the heck is that? That isn’t a thing. If you want to be gender-neutral, then just put my whole name. Won’t be staying here again until that changes.

I appreciate the efforts to renew some specifics but the building is old. There is still carpet in the rooms. The three buildings are all two stories and there is no elevators. It is ok but not when you have a large and heavy baggage.

Carpet in the room felt really grimy. The shower curtain had many holes at the top. Also the mattress was pretty bad. Everything else was fine.

I stayed 1 week. My room had a jacuzzi and I left like I was in a studio apartment. I truly enjoyed my stay. Very clean, and spacious.

Stayed there last year and had trouble with having the room made up, enough towels etc. This year that was not a problem. The facility seemed cleaner and on top of work this year.

This was a pleasant surprise! Room was updated and super clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Easy check-in and comfortable rooms and parking. We loved the pool. I was really happy with this booking and look forward to staying here once again when we are in the area.

Check-in was easy, parking was right in front of the room in a well lit lot that made me feel comfortable. Room was very clean, good reading lights by comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausages, biscuits (refilled regularly), fresh fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal and dry cereal, waffles, juice and very decent coffee. Nice touch to provide jams from local restaurant Bisquit Head..Overall a very good value. Only disappointment was that pool didn't open til 10 am....for those of us who swim early before getting on the road that would be a real service. Pool looked nice.

Our stay was good! Our biggest complaint is the room had knats! We literally left and went to Target so we could make a mixture to help catch them. Very annoying

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. A quick drive right to downtown Asheville or an easy drive up to the mountains. The room was nice. Breakfast was fabulous! The front staff was kind and very hospitable. Would definitely recommend.
