Close to the Biltmore, location was great. Clean rooms. Great breakfast.

We split the bill between two credit cards. When we checked out they put the total bill on one credit card. So disappointed

The Dishonesty..if ur staying in this hotel be prepared to pay way more than what the original price is on the website it's says $140 I ended up paying $ 224 for that hotel
When we arrived at the hotel I told the staff that I have dog with me and they saw him
They asked me if he was service dog I told them he was registered as emotional animal they guy at the service desk didn't charge me fee but even if he did it will be fine .I was prepared for that
He told me I will be charged $20 more that day but it's will be refunded when I check out and it was never refunded
In the morning at check out there was very rude lady at the service desk saw the dog and told me she will charge me fee for the dog
I told her they didn't charge me at the check in and u can't charge me at the check out but she did anyway
So I ended up paying total of $ 224 for only 1 night
I am not done here
I will be reporting this hotel and make sure they get what they deserve

This was our first stop on a honeymoon experience. We had hoped for a quiet, clean venue. Wow! This motel far exceeded our expectations. The facility, staff, breakfast and all other aspects were simply super. If and when we pass this way again, we will certainly stay here. Thanks, team, for a great experience. WCG

Clean for the most part and location near everything was nice.
Water leak in hotel which caused the hotel to shut off water supply so we couldn't shower or flush toilets.

Breakfast was excellent. We loved the lobby bar area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very inviting and polite. The surrounding area and scenery were very exceptional.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The person who checked us in was very nice and easy to talk to. The hotel lobby was super clean and very modern. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I love the fact that we can adjust the air conditioning to our liking. Breakfast was great. The people managing the buffet were on top of everything. Darrell was very diligent with wiping down tables and chairs as soon as people left the area.
The only thing I can say "bad" about this facility is the use of the pool area. There were a few teenage boys in the area and they were messing around with the pool ring that you throw in if someone is drowning. I am sure there are cameras in the pool area. My husband and 12 year old son only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes since the boys were very rowdy.

The entire hotel was very clean and smelled pleasant, and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the parking lot was well lit.

Staff was very welcoming and we were able to charge a Tesla using the J1772 Adapter.
Price was good if you don't spend much time in the hotel.
Wifi was good.
I would have loved the option to select a hard floor, carpet floor seems like 90' to me.
The bar was fair, I could taste 2 wines before getting a glass.
Also the breakfast was rather poor, e.g. dairy free options were few and there were no proper plates (only paper plates and disposable plastic cutlery)
Staff tried to make the best out of it but I left the breakfast hungry after a bit of oatmeal.

Clean, comfortable, and fantastic room arrangements. Lovely daily breakfast. Katie’s smile and cheerful morning demeanor were an added bonus! She was fantastic at keeping the breakfast area running smoothly.
A few of the juices were out (it varied by day). It appeared that if one specific breakfast worker wasn’t there, it wasn’t as well-maintained, though still an 8/10.
