I'll give you the good news first - the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in a long time. We were there for medical reasons and after my procedure I was confined to bed for 24 hours. The bed was amazingly comfortable. However, every time we went into the bathroom, there was at least one really huge bug - water bug?? roach?? It was disgusting. If we had not already paid for the 2 days and if I could have gotten out of bed, we would have left immediately

Room was clean with fresh towels and sheets, but the room did smell like smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

They were packed the only rooms available were the smoking room. The smell out kind of decency. There were cockroaches. There is no description for the smell. Those room need to be closed for sanitation. WORST experience ever, I should receive some kind of compensation

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, our room had 2 double beds. I immediately walked in and had to kill bugs in the bathroom and there were, what appeared to be, dried boogers on the inside of the shower curtain. We were exhausted when we arrived and were only staying the night so it wasn’t worth the hassle to move, but we won’t be returning.

The hotel was extremely dirty, there were hair balls on the bathroom floor, mold in the bathroom tub, the toilet would not flush and a plethora of people hanging outside of the floor the room was on.. the fact that I DID NOT stay after paying $200 and checked out immediately.. I was told I would only get a PARTIAL REFUND.. which is INSANE.. but nevertheless.. I traveled from Jersey for a funeral, only to be met with this.. good luck staying here😡

The staff was very nice, especially the lady at the front desk. Complaint, requested non smoking room and got a smoking room. The front desk lady had another staff go to the room and spray etc. You can always smell smoke. The lady at the front desk tried to change the room but there was not availability . She was very nice and an asset to your company. Her customer service skills were very good.

Attending to my mother in the hospital so it was wonderful to come back to a comfortable clean room at the end of a long day in the hospital! Staff was amazing! And the COFFEE was fantastic!!

Beds and pillows so soft -you put your head and start going down slowly at 0 level also mattress go down and can not have nice sleep. My wife could not sleep at all.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was OK. I had a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. There was a gap at the bottom of the door so there was a decent amount of dirt on the floor. The sofa was really stained. The bed was really comfortable though. I would definitely stay here again, while visiting my child at ECU that’s just five minutes away.

The only good thing about this stay was the lovely lady at the front desk. The photos were a lie. The room had an odor, the green mini sofa was brownish, everything was bad and not as advertised. I am unsure how this location has such good reviews.

The standard of the room was horrible the tub mat was dirty I had to clean it my self and all the light fixtures were dirty with hand prints all over them the bed had hair in it and I’m a housekeeping manager for Marriott and the condition of this room would have passed inspection

The desk clerk was not very accommodating. I was told the only room available were on the second floor. Perhaps because I booked through Expedia? I informed her that I had a bicycle I needed to secure for the night. She told me I could put it in my vehicle I told her that wast possible. I did not stay. I went to another place

Shower head covered in mold. Bedding was dirty. Car alarms going off in the night. People arguing and smoking weed outside throughout the night. AC unit when on smelled as if a dead animal was located inside. Just a pathetic place to stay for ECU graduation weekend.
