Great hotel - always stay when in Warerford for work. The only thing i would say about most recent visit - a new mattress would be beneficial as you can feel the springs coming through.

Hotel has full restaurant and bar. Good location, easy walking around Waterford. Hotel has deal with surface parking lot across the street (was under some construction when I was there, but still functioning)
Hotel room was a bit tired, but did have mini-split for in-room temp control. Toilet didn't flush completely each time, tall tub to step into for shower.

On the surface this hotel is very nice appearing but there were little details that made it less then stellar.

The staff at the Granville were excellent however the hotel itself is somewhat outdated and desperately needs upgrading. The towels in the room were thin and tiny and the shower was very old. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel and the quay where they are doing major bridge works so it’s extremely noisy. No double glazing either. The staff and the food were very good though.

This is a very nice hotel. It was easy to get there, park, and walk to the sights we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good experience with our order cooked fresh and brought to our table.

The Hotel was like stepping back to a grander time and enjoying a taste of it. It may have been not as easy to get around with easy elevators and had lots of stairs but the beautiful stairways only added to the charm.
Good location and cheap parking was a great perk as well

We had a fantastic stay. We loved everything about Granville. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurants on location had wonderful food and great staff. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Excellent location with easy parking across the street. Staff was lovely. Our room was down a long corrider with stairs going up and down and fire doors in between, made for a challenge with luggage. The charm of the pub and decent fish n chips more than made up for it.

Beautiful property right on the water and walking distance from all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was slightly dated but that's to be expected given its history. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again

Unfortunately at the moment there is massive building work taking place but we had a room at front of hotel and road noise started very early in the morning.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Close validated parking.
Large, clean room with lots of amenities including two delicious chocolates. Smallish bathroom as door would bang on counter. Supplied lotion and conditioner which was very nice. Breakfast was very good. A lot of tour buses there so was busy and noise woke us up at six.
