The bathroom shower had red mold and the wash cloth they put in the side of the tub still had the inspection tag inside it so I’m guessing it wasn’t washed before they place it in the room. The people (teenagers) next to us were super loud (very thin walls probably a contributing factor) and the hotel didn’t do anything until 11pm about it. We couldn’t hear our own TV at volume 15. I will be changing hotels next time we are in town.

One night stay. Very comfortable. They let us check in early. Friendly, helpful staff. It was my birthday and they delivered a fruit and chocolate tray to my room - nice surprise! We had a good breakfast in their restaurant.

We visited Richmond for a family occasion. We have stayed at the Omni at least two times before. Always an excellent choice. Clean, comfortable, pleasant and effective employees.

Everything was great other then bathroom didn't have a fan so it fogged up horribly.

Aaron the shuttle driver made our trip special. He made us feel welcome and important. We were in town for a burial. Having Aaron there to help us out with rides and friendly banter and suggestions made our trip. We also loved our waitress, Nichole. We will be back.

Everything that had to do with dueect customer seevice via the staff was phenomenal. It is the greedy and frankly anti-consumer wifi policy that brought the entire experience diwn for me. Considering how exoensive this hotel can get I was pretty angry to find that I had to pay an additional $10 for wifi. Even double-digit priced motels offer complimentary wifi access. The link to become a loyalty member and this get free wifi was a dead link. I fund the greed to be unacceptable, and inspite of receiving impeccable service from the staff, I doubt I'll be coming back.

Overall, I had a great stay. My view was fantastic. The food and drinks were good. The parking situation (valet has long wait/line, self park doesn’t offer on/out service) is a bit inconvenient, but that comes with a city motel.

Wifi was extra. This is a no go for me. It is nos possible that in 2024 with a charge of almost 200 usd wifi was extra. One of the nights the room was not done.

Was quite a nice hotel. Could tell the main areas of the room were kept clean. Little details were where it was taking a hit. Shower head face plate falling away from the wall, dust flying off the curtain and not vacuuming behind the chairs, etc. Still not displeased with the stay. Main complaint was the pool was extremely cold even after being advertised as heated. My kids couldn't swim in it and if kids are skipping it you KNOW it was chilly lol. Staff was AMAZING. Everyone from the valets to the wait staff at the restaurant. Would go again.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. My low rating was that the AC was not working in my room. I didn’t address it because it was late and I was exhausted then struggled to sleep because of it. The next morning the hotel was having boiler problems so I only got a cold shower.

The rooms are spacious and my room had a large tub. I stayed on a Sunday and Monday and it seemed a lot of businesses and were closed. Dining options at the Hotel restaurant were limited but delicious. I booked primary for the pool and it didn't disappoint. I appreciated the indoor and outdoor sun chairs.
