A lovely modernised 1920s style hotel that has kept a lot of it’s charm and is run by fabulous staff who are both friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location not too busy area yet well connected by train and bus. We really enjoyed the location and the peaceful lake and park close by. Also I was able to take direct bus to office and shops and restaurants where we went daily. Old town is easy 20 mins from the hotel also. The breakfast was somewhat basic but good enough I suppose for our stay. The rooms are bit small if you go single but premium rooms are decent good size bathrooms and bed area as well. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are superb and friendly. The staff go beyond to make us comfortable and to help on all issues. I also found that you get free transport card when you book from city of Geneva which is absolutely a gem experience I must say as no other city does that! We loved the mountain and lake view and location.

Charlotte and the restaurant were wonderful

The staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast are basic, but decent and included in the price. The location is very convenient for UN relatedeetings and events, also super close to the Le Lac park, convenient for jogging, dip in the lake or just a promenade. The hotel also has a small but well equipped gym (which is not common for Geneva, as I understood). Also I got an upgrade on the room I booked, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, would love to stay there again.

Excellent, charming and most importantly, air conditioned!

Some things never change, and fortunately the Hotel Eden is one of those.

Charming boutique hotel is a good alternative to the faceless chain hotels. Location is convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and good quality. But the place needs a major refresh - paint on doors and walls is peeling. Towels are thin, frayed, and often torn. Coffee machine is ancient. Bathroom amenities very limited. A small number of updates and fixes can help Eden achieve its high quality boutique hotel potential.

Always clean and staff are friendly

A charming and comfortable hotel, with helpful staff. It has the feel of old Europe, very different from the many generic places you will find. It is close to the United Nations, and Lake Geneva. It is away from the main tourist part of the city, but that is easily accessible by clean and comfortable buses (free with your Geneva Pass given by the hotel). We did not get the breakfast, but it looked excellent.

This is the off-the-charts best place to stay if you are in this part of Geneva on business. I've stayed there for many years and always found it outstanding.

The most comfortable accommodation in Geneva. Lovely and quiet location made me to enjoy my business trip. Free breakfast was also very satisfactory. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nicely located not quite in centre but everything walkable and next to park and Lake Geneva

It is my third or forth stay here and my first since before COVID, and it was as good as I remembered. Lovely location and food, but above all, the staff are just wonderful. Warm, friendly, and exceeding all expectations with their hospitality. It was like seeing old friends again.

Good location, restaurant was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. Located close to the lake so a nice breeze everyday and easy access to the main downtown area in a 10 minute walk.

Super friendly and service-minded staff! We received a free travel pass for our entire stay which made traveling through Geneva incredibly fun and easy. We had a great room with little balcony and we’re totally happy with our stay. We love to come back here again!

A wonderful gem of a hotel. The recent room renovations have made it even better. Always appreciate the buses outside the door for the short ride into the center of Geneva and to Old Town. First return visit after two years, and very happy the hotel continues to operate.

Terrific hotel

This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

I arrived without a purse or its contents thanks to the French metro! I was looked after and treated with friendly courtesy and trust as I arranged for international funding to arrive and electronic payment substituted for cancelled cards. The hotel is comfortable and located close to the lake. It has an intimate and warm feel and I would definitely recommend it and would myself stay there again.

This hotel is perfectly positioned at the end of the bus line so you can get anywhere with the free bus tickest the hotel provides

I have stayed at the Eden several times, and it’s like coming home. Staff is very friendly, they were able to offer the parking even though I had not reserved it. The rooms are small but clean, and it’s located close to Lake Lemans where I love to walk in the park!
