The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean not alot of noises throughout and i love my dog was able to travel with me. I will definitely come back and stay

I walked in and the lobby smelled like pot, pretty sure the attendant was stoned…perhaps that’s legal here. Hadn’t had dinner so tried vending machine and it ate my coin and he said he couldn’t help. He wasn’t friendly at all! Got to my room and it was gross. Smelled like smoke, stains on ceiling and walls. Tissue on bathroom floor. My flight misplaced my luggage and so I didn’t get to hotel until 4am and was exhausted or I would have complained and went elsewhere.

The people were very nice and helpful but the room wasnt clean, the mattress had plastic over it. There was 2 people staying the the room with only 2 sad pillows. The mattress had broken springs, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Also, there was no remote for the tv, no phone to call front desk. We had 1 tiny trash can.
We also stayed with dogs and there was not one place on the property to walk them. I had to use the grass at another nearby hotel.
And on top of that, the hall smelled horrible

My family and I stayed there 4 days very peaceful clean and very friendly. Customer service was wonderful most definitely will be returning.. the only thing is the pool was down the whole time but besides that 5 stars for me keep up the great work.

Ive stayed here several times for quick overnights or two, when needing to be near the airport. Its always been basic but fine. Ive usually had the same room, which while no frills, is clean and tidy.
The front desk staff are nice, and there are plenty of places nearby to eat, or if you need to buy something.
The airport shuttle service is occasionally not available, so if thats critical, check with the front desk before making resevations. Overall perfectly fine for a night or two of rest.

The staff was awesome and I had a problem with my room because the tub I was standing in my own filth as I was taking a shower they changed my room very quickly. They were friendly professional, and I would definitely stay there again.

Never again the rooms never clean all the way or correctly the managers have nasty attitudes and rude I can name a few of them of let’s talk about the 25$ late fee or should I say 50$ late fee I have had to pay they choose on which late fee to pay when I was told it wasn’t one so they is ran every way but the right way

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Prostitutes, smelled like marijuana and cigarettes everywhere including our room. The room was nasty, I mean seriously this place is disgusting. the place they put your bath towels literally doubles as an ash tray.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were nasty, had an odor and the lady at the front that checks you in was rude and demeaning to me and my children.

There were stains on my bed sheets and the towels were dirty. Everything was outdated and the elevator smelled bad.

I did not stay. When I arrived I was told that they had given my room to someone else and that there were no available rooms. On top of that I was told that I had to wait two hours for the shuttle back to the airport. Then I was told I had to contact hotels.com. Also there was an elderly couple there in the exact same situation. This is all going on on the third day of trying to get a flight home on the middle of the chaos at the airport with no sleep.
