The only disappointment was there was not breakfast accommodation. But there was a breakfast place across the street-WAFFLE HOUSE. @10.95 a person at the hotel, our best choice was WH. VA visiting Family in Cincinnati!

We enjoyed our stay and found the room clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was good as well. However, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was so hot! No sleep for us. Totally miserable.

Could be cleaner, more towels, and I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for parking.

Showers were amazing. Property was clean and the pool is very nice. Plenty of bourbon liquor stores nearby if that's what you're in to.

If you are going to service breakfast you need to work on that. We got there around 8:30 and you were out of eggs. Since eggs and toast were all we wanted they gave us our money back which was nice. We ate at McDonald’s

This place was so so. Not clean enough to be charging $300 for one night. First and last time staying there. If you just need a place to rest your head, and this is the only place available, you’re good.

We stayed here for the Bengals game. This hotel is conveniently next to, 2 trolley stops which will take you into Cincinnati for $1, children are free, and the ride is very short, about 5-10 minutes. The hotel staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Their outside pool was well kept and clean! I don't know about the breakfast because we never woke up early enough. But no worries, there's a Waffle House across the street. Along with McDonald's, Burger King, Skyline Chili, and a pizzeria. If the fast food is not your thing, we ate at restaurants in Cincinnati, since it was a short $1 ride. We will definitely stay here again.

TVs didn’t work for the last two days.

Do yourself and pay the extra few dollars to stay at one the surround nicer hotels. This place was very gross and made me and my spouse extremely uncomfortable. The interior is very old, dark, and dingy. This hotel needs a major update. I felt like I was walking down “Bates Hotel” on my way to my room. There was a community microwave right outside the elevators which was just very odd. The rooms were beat up. The windows were horrendous. Only one side of the bed had plug ins. As soon as I got into the room I checked for bedbugs because I was getting that vibe. The bathroom light switch had filth baked in it. But the cherry on top was when I pulled the top blanket back the follow morning to make sure I had gotten everything and I noticed we had slept in dirty sheets. Complete repulsive!

Below average and outdated property needs attention

The refrigerator in the room did not work and the room was dirty. Edges on the bathroom was dusty and dirty.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful checking in. Always warm and kind, provided helpful tips. The outdoor pool was nice. The mattress was not as comfortable as the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at on our way down. Ice vending machine broken on 4th floor. Many channels didn’t get signal CBS, ABC etc. would have thought better channels and internet.

The stay was fine. It was very clean. The only thing that bothered me was that check in was at 3:00. But we had to wait until about 3:50 for a room because they had given our double bed away.

It was a$1 bus ride to the stadium plenty of restaurants and gas stations

Staff very friendly and attentive. Very nice pool area. Rooms comfortable. "River view" room was a very small peek between the trees but overall a nice place to stay

When prices are already raised because of big events, the least they can do is give you breakfast without charging. We choose our place of stay so show some appreciation !

Long walk to the stadium but doable. Rude at front desk worker when asking about adding breakfast in the morning.

Not bad somewhat clean great service at front desk overall give 8 over 10 other than that I would come back and stay again.

The front desk staff were charming and warm. The pool was lovely. The area surrounding the hotel wasn't the nicest but it was a short drive/walk to see the river and the lovely town. Very close to gas and food options

Very conveniently located off the freeway.

The room was not ready on time. They finally found us a room, but it wasn’t as clean as I would like. Still little stuff on the carpet, hair in the shower, and when we ran water to wash our hands, big blobs of hair came up from the pipes into the sink. How could that not been noticed by the maid? Either she didn’t take time to tell them the sink was stopped up, or they didn’t listen. I asked for another room but none available, so they sent someone up to fix it.(I was hoping for a quick nap before we had to get ready for a wedding, but that blew that.) The maintenance man was very nice, he fixed the problem, but said it needed a stopper put in, so he went and got that, put it in and left. I was busy ironing clothes for wedding and did not check if the sink worked with a stopper. It didn’t. They drain filled up fast and slowly drained. So, the next day I spoke to desk and asked for the room to be tidied up and the sink fixed. After being out all day, we came back to the same dirty room. I wanted to ask for a refund, but my husband said to live with it. And so I just thought about how people have way more problems than me, and thanked God. On the good side, the beds and pillows are wonderful, so I slept well and that was the whole point of the room.

Everything ok! Im happy with stay

Front desk staff were amazing, unfortunately only cleaned our room the one night of the four we were there. Would recomend spending the extra money and staying in Cincinatti if visiting for baseball.

Overall, really enjoyed my stay!!! Grill and Chill, restaurant, guess 5pm to 10pm, very limited menu. Add nachos, wings??? Must of caught on an Off weekend? No guide for tv??? I know, on vacation get away!!! But, would like listening, local information?

Although it was close to the ballpark & Cincinnati, I was surprised when I booked "Holiday Inn Cincinnati Riverfront" to find that it was actually located in Kentucky? We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned or provided with fresh towels at all. The roof was leaking on the 4th floor where we were staying. Breakfast was extra.

It is a 3 star hotel. Needs to be deep cleaned. Staff was great.

RUDENESS

Always good place

The cleaning staff were always complaining and cussing in the halls. The door to our room was jammed. To get in and out of the room was a lot of work to open or close the door. The room smelled like cigarettes even though we were in a non-smoking room The front and dining staff were very kind and hard-working. Overall, the hotel was sketchy with homeless people loitering around, the lights out in the parking lot, and the dirty halls. I would never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.
