Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was comfortable with a recliner, fridge and microwave. Some maintenance is required (ceiling water damage, door frames painted) but overall a decent room for the price.

Place was run down window broken in my room. Shower was broken and barely worked, bed was old and the place smelled like weed. no smoking is only a sign with no real commitment.

Place was comfortable. Two major issues- one was leaving dirty washcloths in the bathroom for us on the back of the toilet and the other was having no TV service and not telling us at check in. It’s not really the issue with no TVs. It’s really having wasted half an hour of your life, trying to get the TV to work -time would’ve been saved if they had told us . And the person that checked us in when we went down to talk to them about it, just didn’t seem to care that he didn’t tell us

My room was dark and dingy. The shower had mold and the room smelled of cats. One of the beds smelled of mildew and the bathroom had a fire door which was akward. Not worth the $249 paid

Ive had to make the same trip a few times within the last year and La Quinta in Salem is my go to stay. I appreciated the friendly staff, clean room, and accommodation.

My friend and I stayed here a couple weeks ago and were happy with our stay. We stayed here since it is close to Canobie Lake Park. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast. There were very few choices. I stay at LaQuinta locations often and I would say breakfast has definitely gone down hill. But, it will definitely get you by and keep you going up until lunch. I recommend this hotel chain to people often since it is cost friendly, fully refundable, and the staff is always very understandable and accommodating. Keep up the good work LaQuinta staff!

This place was advertised as having a pool, which was the only reason i picked it, and at the front desk, there is a sign saying "The pool is closed indefinitely." Maybe you should remove this feature from your website.

Properly perfectly adequate. Clean, breakfast/coffee included in morning. Reasonably priced compared to most proving same or less services. Have paid a lot more and been disappointed elsewhere. Very satisfied for this price point.

The room it self was fine but the back door of the hotel did not lock, the pool pictured was closed and green and people stay/living there did fireworks out of the pool at night:

Service was non-existent, had to call the reception numrous time just to get our trash changed. They came and changed it once in 6 days, no cleanup at all in any room. Even towels weren't changed. Worst service I had in my life. Employees didn't care about anything, they made a room card (since they were demagnitizing every day) without even verifying our identity once. Only good thing was the breakfast, and they were cleaning it up 15 mins too early.

The hotel was clean and the staffs were courteous. My only complaint would be the bed being too old. You'll sink into the bed...at least in the room I stayed.

The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel had a decent complimentary buffet breakfast, which is always a nice feature. Sadly, our smoke free room reeked of cigarettes and our room key card was not working properly.

This is a nice hotel, the staff are friendly and competent. The room was nice, one thing to watch out for is the bottom of the tub is very slippery. We would definitely stay here again,

It was a little Annoying they wouldn't even let you check in like 1 minute before the hour and the pool was closed and the location just sucks

The room we got was not clean from last use. There was stale food on floor which had ants around it. means it was left unclean for a long time.
The wall electrical socket was popped out with wires exposed. Not safe with family and even otherwise.
The breakfast lady cleaned up most things by 8:00 am and did not refill any thing that was finised though the breakfast was supposed to be till 9:00 am.
She did not understand English, so every time we had to ask her for something, we had to do hand gestures and try words she can understand. Finally, we switched to talking into a translation tool in her phone, so she can understand what item we are asking for.

Our smoke detector went off within 5 minutes of us getting in the room. They came and took it but never brought back a replacement. Overall the room was fine and worked for a place to sleep.

Front desk staff were fantastic; very helpful and courteous. House keeping was rude, only came and cleaned our room 1 time in 4 days only because we kept asking for towels and trash bags. Had to take out our own trash, exchange linens with front desk and requested a broom to sweep our floor. Well kept property outside, one outside door did not work, so we had to walk around to get in but not a problem. There were Maintainance things that could probably be taken care of but would not keep us from staying if we were ever in New Hampshire again.
