Very clean room but they could upgrade toilet to a comfort height. The mattress is in dire need of replacement

24 hour staff was available for late check in which was most important. They also called ahead and offered to cancel my reservation feee of charge due to the water main break but we decided to keep it. Water was not bad to shower in, they also gave us extra free water since we had a dog, very nice. It was also very easy to have Door Dash delivered there. They also had a lovely grassy area directly in front of the entrance to walk our dog and it was well lit at night. Breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee! Bonus was it’s only about 45 minutes away from Salem

Our stay was awesome, the only negative I can say was that the complimentary breakfast was not so good, but it wouldn't deter me from not staying, seeing how it was free. It just could have been better.

Fantastic hotel! They randomly upgraded my wife and I to one of their king suites because it was late and the room was available for the night. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but it was nice that they cared about the enjoyment of people staying.

Absolutely, horrible. We had an odor in our room that prevented my son and I from sleeping. No additional rooms available, so we had to stay in the room.

There was a dirty sock on the smoke Detector or carbon monoxide detector. Dirty sock in the towel spots in bathroom. Shower head was broken (they did fix it when brought up). The tub faucet dripped constantly and that wasn’t fixed.. room smelt horrible.. someone else’s key card worked in our door. Made me very uncomfortable especially since I had my kids with me.

Overall, our stay was disappointing.
Our room was in no condition to be rented. The tub was filthy with a layer of grit on the bottom. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet seat was broken, the "safety bar" on the door wasn't screwed into the doorjam properly, and the refrigerator froze our drinks and could not be adjusted to lower the temperature.
The maintenance personnel did a great job of addressing the issues, but it should not of been necessary.
The breakfast food avaliable, which i do realize is an ammenity, was not great. Almost nothing was available for someone with a food allergen. The eggs were rubbery and bland.

The room was not very clean, a/c didn’t work properly, the room was so damp that towels didn’t dry over night, the phone didn’t work so that you could have called the reception. I stayed 5 nights and after 3 nights asked my trash to be emptied and fresh (dry) towels but my request was not filled. In the gym the treadmills didn’t work and last evening there were not warm water.

the elevator is in very bad condition it smelt dog pee , the front door squeaked so bad i feel bad for the guys at the reception. will never go back to this place. the girls at the desk were helpful but they cant do anything .

This is the place to stay if you are going to be in Lawrence or anywhere in the drivable area, the staff is incredible from top to bottom. First time ever in Lawrence and this hotel makes me want to find a reason to keep coming back! We've stayed here before, and find the property fading a bit. the staff is great and the place, room especially is very clean. We awoke to find that the shower was not in working order; the diverter on the spout, which changes the flow from bath to shower was inoperable. It felt gritty and was impossible to lift high enough. I feel that this problem was one of corrosion and neglect had occurred over time. Not a sudden breakage. Of course, I reported it at check-out. Also, the water in the swimming pool was cloudy.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel, and a gas station across the street made it convenient. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The service was great. The people we spoke with were very nice and accommodating.
Our room did not have shampoo or body wash and also had no tissues available. It appeared that the soap container in the shower had not been washed inbetween guests as well. The beds were clean and comfortable. The TV was very small but worked well.

It was clean and the front staff was inviting and friendly. The room had a perfume smell which didn't bother me but I would caution anyone who is sensitive to smells.

The stay was okay. The room itself was decent but there were bugs in the bathroom that would fly around the room annoyingly. Some of the clean towels also had stains on them. The bathroom also had no ventilation which caused steam to go everywhere anytime the shower was turned on. The service was good and employees were helpful.

Good stay overall, our check in went smoothly and fast and our room was tidy and organized when we arrived. We enjoyed the breakfast that was offered and our 2 year old son enjoyed breakfast too! Also we loved that the pool was open until 9PM, we were able to swim after dinner which really made our son’s whole vacation! Very conveniently located off the highway too and close to Chili’s which was an easy meal after our long day out. Overall a very good stay!

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and kind. The room had a funky Oder when we got there. I used Fabreeze to resolve it. The Breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. You could just tell the building is getting old.

Floors were sticky loved no carpet. The AC would only go down to 70. They don’t take cards only Venmo and a few others. What a pain had to go in and pay for hotel with Expedia not good when you made you reservation a year before. It all worked out but just was a hassle

Hotel was busy but perfect driving distance for where I was going to. Lobby was nice and cozy but room could use a little more TLC by housekeeping.
Overall would definitely stay again.
