We were shocked and disappointed that the hotel bar closed each night at 2230! Several other guests said the same. A 5* hotel in Leicester Square with no residents bar to relax in when returning from the theatre is appalling and we will not return along with many others.
Room service was available but not the same.
Check before you book!

The trip almost ruined by check-in staff saying that a 2-bed room was not available. After expressing dissatisfaction, a solution was found. Not a great introduction to the hotel.

I payed over 300 pounds per. night because I thought it was a high class hotel . When we got there I was shown the smallest room in the world . First on the second night I got a better room. But I have to say that the staff was really helpful and service minded.

This is a very nice hotel with a great location-right in the heart of Leicester Square. I had a room facing the Square and it was totally quiet. They have a marvelous breakfast in the morning, though that will cost a little extra. If you like to be within walking distance of lots of theatre, shopping, dining and close to the tube-this is the hotel for you.

Great location and nice size room for London. Had everything I needed and was easily walkable to SoHo, etc. Also room is very quiet which is surprising since it’s a busy area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Style is a little outdated / old fashioned inside the room but that didn’t bother me. They also took care of early check in for me as I arrived at 9am and check-in isn’t until 3pm; was greatly appreciated!

For the price, quite disappointing. They didn't explain housekeeping to us. The shower was confusing. The room was tired and old.

The hotel bed was amazingly comfortable. The premium room had a great view of Leicester Square. Couldn’t hear anything during the day and night so really good soundproofing. Blackout curtains was perfect when trying to sleep. Staff was super friendly and he’ll out bags as we arrived early and took them to our room for us when it was ready. Great restaurants in the area if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Only downfall was breakfast was slightly cold but I’m sure they’d heat it for you. It was buffet style so can’t complain too much. Still better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. brilliant overall

It's a nice 4 star hotel. It's just not a 5 star. It's a nice hotel though, just doesn't have the service or quality or facilities of a 5 star.

Excellent place to stay in london in super convenient location, very clean, and friendly staff. One observation though is related to the curtains which -when closed shut-don't adequately block morning sunshine (our room was facing east) so we woke up eariler than we wanted.

The staff was very helpful in letting us check in early after a red eye flight. It was also very convenient in the Theater district with restaurants and entertainment all around. Would definitely stay there again.

Terrible. Simply shocking. I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and had a great 5-star experience. I decided to book again. I didn't realize the management had changed in the meantime.
The place is terrible. They gave us a small, dirty and old room, asking us to sleep two people in what is a single bed. They offered an alternative that was in the basement!
I don't want to say anymore. I am not a fussy traveller but the place is beyond shocking. This is a 2-star quality hotel under the new management. Do not stay here. Cancel your booking if you have booked.
