Arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to the room. The room was nasty, hadn’t been cleaned properly, dried up food stains on furniture, dirty linen, bed falling apart, dirty cotton swab behind the mattress, hair in the bathroom and shower, door was falling apart, hallways reeked of smoke or devils lettuce (despite being smoke free hotel), staff was unhelpful and made me wait 15 mins to inspect the room after I reported the issues. Then initially offered to clean the room for me, IT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLEAN!!! Only offered me a change in rooms because the toilet was broken and just constantly running, which would have made it difficult to sleep, especially since this was a business trip 😡

I wouldn't know because I wasn't the one to book this! Unauthorization,and, it did say to pay at property.Property has taken monies fraudulently. Charged my card,and, I am a demanding a refund immediately.

The reviews and images of this hotel was misleading. I think this hotel once had glory but since businesses have left the area, it’s run down, outdated, and dilapidated. I knew the hotel would be sketchy when driving up. The room floor were not mopped and neither was the bathroom. The bathroom floor had gum like gunk and the outside of the toilet wasn’t clean. I questioned whether they put washed sheets on the bed. I tried to call my family member using the hotel phone and the cord wasn’t plugged in. I tried to plug it into the wall and the outlet was pushed in and broken so basically the phone was for appearances. Fortunately, we didn’t see any roaches in our room but our friend did. The tv was the size of a small computer monitor and there was not a security box. There are no amenities, the exercise room is filled with dirty and broken equipment. They have signs leading to an arcade room but it was filled with dirty mattresses and spring boards. Management didn’t even take the signs down- that’s how misleading everything was! If you’re looking for an affordable place for a night or two, then this may be it. But if you’re on a business trip or with younger children, I don’t recommend it.

Horrible

Booked 2 king rooms and had problems from one Hotel room door never did lock and front desk kept telling us they would come to check on it, but we had to block with furniture so that we could sleep. Television in this room never would work after going to desk three times and changing remotes. Manager said he’d come up, but never did. Breakfast was too ridiculous to discuss, they did not even have liquid creamer for coffee! They should NEVER offer a room without a safe lock and working television! Safety should always come first!

Enjoyed the stay overall, the hallways were very messy due to remodeling. The room was spacious & clean

First night started a little rocky. Had to go back to front desk to get a new room due to rust on light fixtures and horrible mildew smell plus dirty linen. I got the feeling the night time front desk clerk (Younger Male who wouldn’t give me his name.) Does not have best luck with customers he went from 0 to 6 then back down to -2 after showing him the room i and ensuring him i didn’t want any problems just a clean room. Was quick to find me a new room 10x’s better. (3rd floor) AFTER TELLING ME THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE AT11:21 pm! Overall COMFORTABLE BED( No Bugs Yay) Stayed for a Week(5 days) even refreshed my linens. (When requested) NO BREAKFAST. NO POOL. Overall almost forgot about first night. Still a little slight smell but i usually just came to room to shower and sleep. Sheets were cleaned so i didn’t care. Hotel under maintenance on one side so i could understand. I feel they’re going in right direction just need some time to improve don’t see this one being cheap for long. Thank you. I gave them average based on other cheap hotels in area are terrible with bugs.

The place was not stay able I did not stay there The room smelled liked paint The room door was hard to open there was stains On the sheets and pillow covers Mattresses was out on some of the balcony I could not get my money back but I refuse to stay there so I lost $159.00😡 on the sheets and pillow covers

I didn't like the room it was dirty

It definitely seemed cheap, but it was a place to stay, the people were nice, and they had waffles for breakfast

Bed was comfortable. Our sink didnt work unless water was turned on underneath and then only ran extreme hot water that burned me. The faucet was barely attached also. Toilet ran constantly unless handle was jiggled a lot.

When you book on a third-party website. The information about the deposit for the room is unclearly visible to anyone booking at any hotel location that requires deposits. The inconvenience I was caused because of this was unacceptable and I was a traveler with a service animal.

Other than having a lot of renovations and the part of town that it's in, I felt extremely safe as a solo traveler. It did have a pool and nice patio area to relax on as well!

Property is under extensive renovation; should have been disclosed at booking. Had to change rooms immediately as air conditioning was inoperable.

The hallways smelled like marijuana and apparently when I booked my rooms, the reservation was changed.

I stayed one night. 1st floor. The pool area looked nice. But the view out my balcony was rooms on the other side of the hotel that had mattresses on the balconies. Hotel is under construction on that side. Creepy people was hanging around the hotel. But they didn't bother any one. King Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was ok. For the price of $75 a night it was what was to be expected. Had a good night sleep.

Remodeling

I was going to rate it a 1, as being terrible, but decided to be generous and upgrade it to a 2, and a weak 2 at that! The entire facility looked to be very dated, in need of a complete revamping. The room we stayed in smelled like mildew and even though it may have been cleaned in advance of our stay...it felt dirty...most likely due to how old and crusty the whole place was. A nice facility at one time...but now...IMO, a DUMP! All of the metal items in our room were crusty/rusty. The metal toilet paper holder was pitted terribly. I thought it was dusty and wiped it...but it was just the pitting crust/rust. The metal baseboard under the closet was the same, looking like no one had cleaned the debris collecting against it. The picture in the bathroom was dirty...having an old fly stuck to it and the picture had a number of moisture damage spots on it. There was no chair in the room to allow one to use the table that was there. We had to request a remote for the TV to view it. There were 3 outside parking lot lights that were not working properly...they flashed on & off all night...which annoyed my us, made sleeping difficult, as the curtains covering the window directly across from one of those lights did not close completely and a sliver of that flashing light, permeated the room all night! The lobby was not air-conditioned. The men's bathroom in the lobby was missing the sink's control knob. Wish we'd stayed elsewhere! I'd NOT recommend this place! Back to a "1" rating!

All over it

They will kick you out for any guest. Apparently your not allowed to have them. And they also will keep your deposit if your room is to clean. Even though there is another covid surge. All I did was Lysol the couch and made the bed and and it was to clean. So they kicked me out after I paid in advance and kept the deposit

After paying in advance they then tell me I can't have and guests, so they kicked me out with no refund and kept my deposit because my room was to clean

Terrible

I paid cash, put the deposit and all that down. No problem l, so I stayed another day. I got called into work so paid for Tuesday in advance on Monday. I had to leave the hotel and came back the next morning hoping to relax. Had a friend bring some stuff by and they was stopped by the office. Even though they knew my name, room number and al that information.. they was told that the property does not allow any guest. Which I was not informed of.. What kinda place don't allow guest. I am not paying to be in prison. Anyways, went down there to to than check out as it was before 11am. So they told me no refund and also no deposit will be returned. This is crazy.

Immediately after checking in and going to both of our separate rooms, my family discovered that this hotel was disgusting. We should’ve known as immediately when we entered into the lobby. It was boiling hot as the air conditioning was broken. As I surveyed my own room with double queen beds, I discover that the pillows had make up on them and oil. When I looked under the blankets, the sheets were dirty, and it seemed the previous occupants left a screw in the bed. Possibly to prove that they do not clean. After surveying the rest of my room, I discovered that everything was filthy, even things that could’ve been easily wiped down in a few moments. I then went to my mother’s room to advise and she came to tell me the same thing about her room, the towels in the bathroom had a red stain on it that looked like lipstick she said that her room smelled like marijuana and when we complained to the front desk, they said that they knew of the smell and offered us room spray. We immediately asked to be refunded as we had not even unpacked, and they refused to refund and only gave back our incident deposits. I am currently filing a complete through Expedia for a full refund of my entire stay as we went to stay at the Marriott instead.

I didn’t stay there because it looked and felt unsafe

Our room was smelly, dank, and clearly under renovation. The living room section of the suite had one chair--no sofa, etc.--where we could sit. The carpet was old and felt damp. There were gouges in the walls and door. Only one towel in the room for a party of four. The door stuck and was difficult to open. I think that the management booked all the rooms in the hotel whether they were livable or not to take advantage of the Premier League match on August 3. If we hadn't absolutely needed a place to sleep after the game, we would have asked for a refund immediately. Never again.
