I enjoyed our short stay here. It felt clean and the free breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever had. For the price, it’s a good value.

A rather expensive room at £156 per night so a tad disappointed when they also charged me $100 hold when i only staying 1 night Reception was chaotic they could not get payment machine to work so held up quite a while The hotel spans 4 buildings we had an ocean facing room The view was magnificent and the ocean was literally yards away absolutely stunning The room was dated the bed awful and pillows id asked for firm pillows we never got them The room has a hot water pot but no cups just paper beakers so thsts appalling I did love the location by 4 bars and publix opposite Ive been charged and extra £30 for something i have no idea what it is so be chasing the hotel for that Its a nice hotel staff nice and view incredible Careful on car park make sure you display a parking permit or your cars towed Overall would stay again but be more careful on handing my credit card out

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was excellent and was prepared by some awesome women who actually greeted every customer.

Breakfast was great. Hotel is dated but close to the beach. Beds are okay. Staff was friendly.

We discovered a leak in the bathroom sink and they were right on it. Moved us to another room. Upgraded to a suite. Very nice

The photo of hotel is not showing exact building we actually stayed. We stayed in the Best Western motel near actual hotel. But our room was clean, and updated. Parking was available. Looks that hotel continues with renovations of another building. Breakfast was good. And we were minutes from the beach. We stayed only one night.

To get started the sliding doors at the entrance of the last building that is by the beach with seven floors is pretty deficient. The entrance sliding door will get stuck every time we stepped in. We had to wait for the mechanics to reboot and bring the door opened. What a shame. For the price, this is unacceptable. Once we opened the door of our room 710. There was a sweat smell of a carpet that has been there for years and never properly cleaned. Every time we came back to the room we opened the door and we were slapped by the old sweat smell of that nasty carpet. When trying to brush my teeth the basin outside of the toilet was clogged. You can push the toilet lever but the water of the toilet did not refill at all. Every time you have to wait over 10 minute to become full again. I tryied to get my self a bathtub but the cleaning and the smell of the room did not give me the confidence. Especially, when coming back from the marathon, i took a deep breath to get into that bathroom. The carpet of the room was humid because when I came off the bed my socks got wet. Having said all this We deserve a refund for this terrible experience. We deserve an apology letter and our refund for over 365 dollars prize for this unpleasant stay. Our desire is that no other family has to go through what we experienced. Thank you.

Lobby under construction so obscure registration. Room was okay. Closet door didn't open all the way-hit the opposite wall. Toilet not really clean. Shower curtain too high so water goes all over floor.
