The overall stay was disappointing. Very outdated rooms. There was no room service the whole 4 days I was there and I requested it but they only left towels in the room. There was no hot breakfast.

The bad reviews about this place are from unrealistic people. It's a motel. It is what you would expect. The room was clean, there was a fridge, and the AC was pumping. Nice little grass area to hang out at next to a lake behind the property as well. Would stay again if I was ever in dover for some reason.

Just ok overall. Very low budget look. WiFi was spotty the first day but improved the following days. Room smelled of smoke but was supposed to be a smoke free room. Room also felt and smelt a little damp.

We had bugs in the room. We had to pack up at midnight and leave the hotel. Which was super stressful because there were no other places to stay.
Please do not stay here. I cannot in good conscious let someone think this hotel is okay to stay in. We were on the phone with Expedia at midnight and they were helpful in refunding our money (which was $178).

Took me an hour to check in thanks to some problem between hotel and Expedia. Was not heartened that while sitting in lobby the only four people
That came in had serious complaints. Finally got my room key and lo and behold the room had not been cleaned and they were empty beers everywhere. Took another 25 minutes to finally get in a room with taped up drawers and no lights that worked. Overall, a nightmare.

It was as expected for a last minute place. The location was not nice. The other guests were loud and there was a lot of trash outside. There is a liquor store attached to the premises.

We had our room key turned off after the 1st night of a 2 night stay. No clean towels were available for day 2. Room needed to be vacuumed. Manager lied to my face about the service. I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Cockroaches, rooms are outdated, breakfast sucks and have to eat in the dining area, no late check out, a lot of stupid rules & policies…I could go on but just stay somewhere else

The front desk guy was horrible . He didn't understand English well enough to do a decent job . My room had a broken lock , no phone , and he refused to move me when I requested . It took 4hrs for someone to come fix the lock and when he did , he told us that people come regularly and kick in doors to rob people .

Mattress was good and the A/C seemed new and quiet. Those were the highlights. Shower water ran brown for first several minutes. TV was inoperative and the neighborhood was pretty sketchy. Key cards continued to fail which meant several trips back to the office for a new card.

Fire alarm was pulled off the wall, sitting on bathroom shelf next to the battery. Exposed pins or staples along edge of carpet by bathroom (ouch!). Black mold in the bathroom. Plug for bedside light was missing a prong and unusable. Clock radio was broken and unusable. No blankets, only thin, slippery bedspread.

Was given 2 towels for a reservation of 4. When asked for more, was told to 'wait until tomorrow' ..... it was a 1 night stay. Gotta pick straws to see wo uses a fresh towel i guess!

I like that it is a smoking motel and is convient to places I wanted to go.
I didn't like the cleanliness of rooms, they are outdated and the TV wasn't that great. There was alot of static in some channels

This was definitely not a place to bring the kids. We needed a place to stay during race weekend. This place was terrible. There were intoxicated people banging/falling into doors and yelling. The room smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns in the blankets. The heater/ac smelled AWFUL when we tried to use it. The smoke detector had a battery that was chirping. No amenities at all. Not a good experience.
The lady sunday morning was nice when we turned our keys in though...

Well, first, when we drove up
There was a drug deal going on with a jeep and a guy in the parking lot
People on the balconies, smoking weed and drinking beers
I standing there did not even go inside to check in called up for another hotel with Travelocity and got a different hotel
I believe I do have insurance for that so hopefully you can refund my money on that property of super eight please contact me at 631-872-8750. Thank you.

Awful. Dangerous area. Went to two separate rooms. First had a toilet that wasn’t working. Second room had a smoke alarm that was chirping. Do not go here.

The employee was great but this hotel is not for those looking for a good night peaceful sleep. Old and dirty in a sketchy area.

The hotel was dirty and for the 4 nights i received no towels, no toilet papers or no one changed my room linens.

The water was brown, BROWN! The first room they gave us the TV didn't work, not a big deal but you could see outside through a crack in the door. The room we were moved to had no microwave. The handy man was AMAZING but the check in staff was less than nice. There is no mention of a $50 deposit when booking and they won't let you check in without paying it despite not being told about it. We found out while checking in that they will rent by the hour if that tells you anything about them. Just stay away, it's a dump.
