It was convenient to go Airport and provided a free shuttle. There were a couple of restaurants that were walkable from the hotel. This was during the it breakdown and I had been stranded in Atlanta by Delta. Your hotel was a welcome relief.

The stay was horrible . I have asthma and the air didn’t work in the room . It was hot the entire time . I woke up throwing up from the heat . I will never stay here again

They could pay attention to details. Like the number of guest in the room. And have adequate towels and things for the number of guests in the room.

For the amount if money we spent for the hotel, I was expecting more cleanliness also our AC did not work when asked to look at it, they said it sometimes stops working but will eventually work. The pool area and the pool itself needed to be clean badly.

The service, front desks and all the people working there is very nice. There is no microwave in the rooms which I don't like.

The property will not help you at all. I felt singled out. I could not get help when needed. The pool could have been cleaner. They advertise it as a safe clean environment but the room was dirty and staff was very rude.

I called front desk and asked for late checkout at 1:30 at 1:32 cleaner was knocking the door I told him relax. I leave in a few minutes at 1:34. He then opened the door and entered and I yelled at him. Are you deaf I told you I was leaving…

Hard to find parking and bed was hard than my liking. Room was not as good as the price we paid. But was mediocre. Bar had gnats terribly. Enough I had to cover my wine! People were nice.

They were very accommodating. We missed a connecting flight and had to stay in Atlanta. We had been awake for over 24 hours and they let us check in early but charged one night. It’s an older hotel but great pool, the food was great and the beds were comfortable. The shower didn’t drain and it’s just older but we are grateful and would stay again just because of the friendly people

Place was great overall. My only two take-aways are that the drain in the bathtub is clogged to the point that it drains slowly. The other take-away is that even though the food service was good, the staff took awhile to finally acknowledge me until I moved from a table booth to the tables near the bar. I didn't know if they were tired, only because I was there in the evening.

Dangerous, was almost mugged in the parking lot, disgusting!!

The room was clean and I slept well. The shuttle was very nice and on time. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I came for the pool and did not know it was closed so I feel disappointed, but the work out room was great.

Quick overnight stay between flights. Driver Curtis was very pleasant, friendly as was Jay in the lounge. 4 minute drive from airport. Very nice room.

Website room pictures shows rooms being booked with doors and balconies but when we arrived we did not have rooms that matched the pictures. Staff tried to help out. Website advertises as one of the few properties that has a pool. No mention of it not being open. I am claustrophobic and terrified of elevators and there was no stair access up to the second floor to half the hotel. It was the last day of my holidays and my birthday so our last day in Georgia was not great.

The hotel is nice and clean, check in was a breeze. Room slotted was close to lobby, so very loud. Overall, would recommend for a short stay to get to the airport early morning on the free airport shuttles every 30 minutes.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Atlanta Airport-North for two night when we traveled overseas. The hotel is conveniently located, staff is really nice, there were no hidden fees (unlike several other hotels we used in the same area), it was disabled friendly and safe. We will stay again.

Needs a major upgrades. Everything is old, bathroom is really old, tv unit is not functioned right, no usb plugs for charge to electronic devices.

The lobby is clean and updated. The room is good. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was easy and front desk staff were polite and checked me in without any issues and with a smile. This is a great choice for a reasonably priced, average hotel that gets the job done and meets basic standards.

Want to give a special thanks to employee at front desk don't know her name but she was wonderful and sweet.. Worked night shift about 11pm on Tuesday.. She should be recognized.... Thanks again so much
