The room that i was put in the shower handle did not work. After a very long day i just wanted to come back to my room, take a shower, and go to bed. Well it was roughly 1030ish at night when I found out I couldnt take a shower.. at this point i was exhausted! When I called about changing rooms it waa loke the front staff didnt really care about making me feel comfortable. I had to ask about sort of compensation becuause I had to move rooms in the middle of the night! Also, i was feeling a little anxious from stress when I used the Vallet parking staff. Some of the staff were not shy about letting me know that they could feel my anxiousness and were very rude about it. Overall, I was stressed about this entire experience and will not be bringing my family for our family trip to this hotel in the next few months.

The Wyndam Lake Buena Vista is a nice hotel, the staff were amazing. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The rooms had plenty of storage and a coffee machine and large TV. My one small complaint would be the size of the bathroom, which was tiny and only had one light behind the mirror, which left it a little dark. The proximity to Disney Springs and the transport to the Disney Parks make it a good choice for families

Terrible experience and would never stay here again. The staff is rude, the shuttle is never on time, our floor smelled terrible and the ac in the room made our mouth and throat dry.

We got locked out of our room due to a broken electronic lock. They were moderately helpful in getting the problem resolved because it was at 11:30 at night. The maintenance person was the most helpful, the person at the front desk was less so. In addition they charged $25 per day to park the car and a $36 per day resort fee…….both were ridiculous considering what I had paid for the room.

I had such a great stay at the hotel. I visit Disney once a year. The staff is amazing. From the Valley to the bell hops th the front desk. I will definitely stay here over and over.

Great place right next to Disney Springs, which is why we stayed here. Great lobby area and rooms were nice and a/c worked well. Only real complaint is they were pumping cold water into the big pool and it was freezing in the middle of summer. I never understand why resorts pump cold water into their pools to the point that the pool temp is in the 70’s?!

We stayed in the tower with the Lake View, and it was really convenient and an easy walk to Disney Springs. Everything was very clean and spacious. Would have liked the restaurant with the buffet breakfast to open earlier than 7:30 am, but the grab and go store had good options.

Stayed multiple times for over seven years now. Still enjoyed my stay but the room is showing its wear. Furniture is wearing down. Carpets need change. Room basically needs an update based on the prices charged.

Enjoyed the short walk to Disney Springs. The pool was nice..one heated and one not plus a hot tub. There is a bar/food place at the pool that was nice. Did not go to the Lakeview Restaurant..thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced. Enjoyed Joffrey’s in the lobby. Only thing was the timeshare sale disguised as coupons for you for the area. Then went into their pitch…

The Disney Springs view allows you to watch Dreams that Soar and the fireworks at Epcot.

We were there for one hour we left to get food and returned to tv stand with refrigerator with several tiny bugs as i investigate i open the slider with coffee maker in the tv stand with several adult roaches...i personal killed about seven went down to get moved to another room at least...the room they offer me was right next door to my room as we are speaking to superviser about move my daughter tried to put her shoes on and found more roaches...I asked for refund and left!!!

The elevators need work. We would scan our cards and click the floor and it wouldnt take us there until the 2nd or 3rd try. Very infuriating when you have a bunch of bags with you and other people in the elevator

Was given a room on the seventh floor but it's really like the 5th floor and the view was obstructed by the rooftop staircase. The place was clean and the furnishing had a beach house feel. The plumbing and fixtures seem to be getting old; the shower handle had to be closed really tightly to shut the water off.

I think it is outrageous to charge BOTH a resort fee AND a parking fee on top of the hotel booking fee. To pay $25 extra per day on top of a daily resort fee is too excessive.

Great hotel! Used to stay here a lot with my family when I was a kid so I wanted to bring my kids to try it out again. Great staff, who was very helpful and accessible, especially in the lobby. Room was nice but housekeeping threw away our cups and didn’t replace them the entire trip so that was as a slight inconvenience. We’ll be back and maybe we’ll just bring our own cups this time.

Parking was a nightmare when returning late from activities. Only 2 elevators working . Room view was a roof and a wall.

We initially checked in and were assigned a room where there had been a plumbing issue. A quick visit to the front desk and they had us very efficiently assigned to a new room. Our rooms, both, overlooked Disney Springs and we were treated to a sky show and fireworks, two of my wife’s favorite things!
