Stayed in a beautiful partial ocean view partial golf course view room loved the food and entertainment was an awesome stay

I was was entertained The staff intelligence is superb for this Hotel.... The House keeping was amazing....i appreciate my surroundings kept neat n clean I will be back

Beautiful property but definitely outdated rooms. The service was great but at one time a staff member came into our room unannounced. I wouldn’t bring anything of value . Also communication about events could be better . We had to figure everything out for ourselves and depend on a notice board by the pool area. Events need to be displayed around the lobbies and big screens. Definitely awesome for kids .

NEVER Again. Stayed one night out the 5 and had to book at a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. Big found crawling in bed. Bed was dirty. Room door lock broken. Sliding glass door needed repair. Room look like a motel. On top of that they didn’t refund my stay even though I left. NEVER STAY HERE!

My experience at this property was terrible. The staff at the front desk were the least accommodating people I've ever encountered. They were rude and not helpful. During Our entire week long stay there was apparently work being done on the room above us so all we heard was furniture being dragged day and night. I visited the room to see if I can ask them to stop, no one was there and the door was open and the room looked fine. The noise continued for the entire week. We asked the front desk about it and no one had a clue what was going on and was not helpful in accommodating us. Our room was supposed to be "mountain view". There were no mountains. We had a view of the roof that was under construction our entire stay. The workers could see right through our balcony and we had to be careful not to walk by unclothed. We had a party of about 12 people on this family vacation. The restaurants wouldn't seat us together. We were only able to eat together if we went to the buffet. Super unaccommodating! Some of the housekeeping staff was also rude. The only people who were great were the servers at the buffet and near the pools. My sister in law wanted to extend her stay and they wouldn't allow her to. Unheard of. I will never stay at this resort again. I've never had an experience like this.

I stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall for three nights for a wedding. The resort is beautiful and everyone on the staff is super friendly! They have a variety of food options and most are pretty tasty. We particularly enjoyed The Rum Factory restaurant---excellent food and service! The convenience of being about 15 min from the airport was nice! They have a free hotel shuttle that drops you off at a little shopping center where you can purchase souvenirs, which was nice. My only complaint is that the room was dated but it was clean, however.

There were cockroaches

Jamaica is beautiful. This hotel could use some work. Starting with the staff at reception. Every conversation was met with an attitude and just a general lack of accommodation for even the simplest of questions. The wait staff at the buffet were wonderful. Very observant, always willing to help. The food at the buffet is the best on the resort, next is the jerk hut. The food at the restaurants was awful. We waited two hours for food one evening. When it arrived, everything was cold, soup included. The main pool is lovely, no complaints there. However, across the board at all pools, the staff could do a much better job of cleaning up the cups and plates left at the poolside throughout the day. It’s not fun to swim past empty cups and straws.

I like the lazy river.

Stayed here twice and the food options are even better! The staff are amazing and make u feel like royalty at an all-inclusive resort!

Pretty basic stay, rooms not soundproof, we could hear all our neighbors conversations. Lots of amenities and things to do.

The food was great. Staff were friendly and very willing. Checking was very slow and they appeared to not know what they were doing. Entertainment not good on a Friday night. Magic shows are witchcraft incase you didn't know. Lots of Christian on board.

The staff was very cordial. The room was cleaned daily. The mini fridge was kept stocked.

Enjoy the coffe shop and staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Each time I come back there are extended areas with more facilities and services. Great food; beautiful grounds; friendly, helpful and efficient staff; and activities to suit varied preferences.

We just finished up our 4th stay at the Hilton Rose Hall and we’re still in love. I would say however the food choices this time weren’t as good as it’s been in the past.

Food and atmosphere was great along with service. Hotel definitely needs to address it’s entertainment

Awesome hotel for families

The staff was by far the best part about this resort! They were all so friendly, warm, and welcoming. I think ALL housekeeping and serving staff should receive a raise, they're NOT paid enough for all they do! The food was amazing as well. The only thing I didn't care for was how integrated children were allowed to be into what should have been adult only areas.

Amazing vacation. Very nice hotel, and amazing service. Staff went above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful. Great for families. Food was great, a lot of activities for adults and kids. We are looking forward to come back soon.

The water park was awesome for the kids and the entertainment group was lit!!! They know how to entertain!!! Food was ok, was better my last stay. The rooms need renovation promptly!!!
