Room was clean and functional if not dated. The staff and management were very cordial and helpful.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. 3 dead 2 alive running around. Not a clean property, wouldn’t recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here. Loved the staff they are very friendly. My only complaint is the TV. We couldn't watch it at all even with the help of the staff. I would suggest using a different cable provider. And there wasn't an iron in the room( that is a small issue) but over all i would love to stay there again.

Quiet and pet friendly

There was no hot water when we got to our room to take a shower, in the bathroom about the shower it had a big mood spot.Bugs where everywhere in the room the room smelled like smoking when it was a non smoking room it just smelled horrible. For paying $300 for two days was not worth it and My wife & I will never get a room there ever again.

When we arrived there were stains on the bathroom door and on the inside of bathroom door jam. Took pics. Told staff and was told, sorry will make sure someone cleans that. Had made reservations days in advance and drove 3 hours to get there. When arrived sign stated if you check in early it’s a $30 charge and if you do late check out is $30 fee. Please call and make sure when making reservations on hotel.. com because we were surprised when we saw this sign. Also breakfast was restricted to one item per customer. We paid for room, should have had been able to eat what we wanted( even though we don’t eat a lot) that is not the point. The coffee in the room was only enough for one. Will never stay here again.

They are NOT dog friendly! The room was $82 a night and they add $45 a NIGHT FOR A DOG! I did not find out the outrageous added cost until I arrived.

I left the room in PERFECT condition, I will attach pictures of the way it looked when we left, there was one towel with pink on it from a spill from juice trying to get it off the floor, they told me they could not get the stain off and had to throw it away, towels are white and can be bleached which I am sure they do after each stay from previous customer already, they also lied and said it was more than one towel that was damaged, NOT TRUE! ONE towel maybe $15 at the most but NOT $100 dollars that they kept my whole deposit from, they are looking for ANY little reason to keep people money I have read previous reviews saying the same thing... WARNING DO NOT STAY THERE YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO DOWN THE ROAD TO A MUCH NICER HOTEL AND PAY THE EXTRA $100 DOLLARS AND GET BETTER ACCOMODATIONS!!!

We tried to cancel this reservation 24 hours before check in because our family member passed away at the hospital nearby and we didn’t need the room anymore. The front office refused to cancel and refund our 2 night stay even after Expedia called them.

Easy access and close to where I needed to be the next day

Staff was very friendly. But, I might have well camped on the side of the highway for how loud it was. The room was too large for the a/c to cool it properly. It wasn’t very clean. Okay for one night, but I won’t be booking again.

The lobby was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly. We met Jesse Patel during check out and he was very sweet. We will plan to come back and stay at their Days Inn again

We were so glad we chose this hotel. Everything looked brand new. It was spotlessly clean. While we could occasionally hear foot steps above us, it wasn’t bad and we couldn’t hear anything from next door. We will definitely make this our stopping place when we are traveling to Houston.

I requested an assessable room due to disabilities. When I arrived I was put upstairs. The second day of my visit I fell on the stairs and hurt my back, left leg and arm. I will say, the guy on duty put two band-Aids on my elbow. All they ever said was sorry. It ruined my trip and I still have pain. I’ll never stay there again.

It was amazing I even booked it again

The room was clean and cool. The only thing that was strange was there was no cable or satellite TV. So bring your own entertainment but otherwise it was good. A bit on the pricey said but when I stayed it was under an emergency situation.

I booked online and went to the property to cancel all within 10 mins of booking. I was suppose to pay at property however I was still charged the full amount as the hotel did not want to cancel and booked me as a no show but I have pictures and videos of me talking to the receptionist (mondy). I’ll just have to dispute the charges since the property pretended that they couldn’t do anything about canceling even though I have screenshots that the email stated to speak to them directly in order to cancel .

The staff was excellent ad well as the cleanliness of the rooms & outside. My only complaint would be the size of the tv ( very small) & the pool not being open until the last day we were there The pool had been closed but the young man at the front desk worked hard to get it opened for us The last day which i appreciated his efforts
