Fantastic!!

Was just ok. Great location. A bit run down and in need of a refresh. Room was clean.

First time to Milan stayed 2 nights on recommendation of travel agent. Perfect location walk to Duomo and shopping/restaurants. Front staff was excellent!! restaurant superb, lounge staff excellent. Pool is nice amenity but only a few feet deep. The room was below average. No mattress cover found 2 bugs in the bed (a silverfish and a small beetle (after we slept in the bed one night) left the “change the sheets card” on the bed for the cleaning staff along with $10 USD and the sheets were not changed when we returned to the room late at night (there was a stain from the bug still on the sheets) we were exhausted so put a towel down to sleep. Would not stay again too many other choices with clean beds/room.

Location was outstanding! The Duomo and shopping areas were a short walk from the hotel.

I will begin with the good. Great value for a prime location in Milan. close to shopping, restaurants and the Duomo. The staff were very warm and welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed. The pool area was great (a little small so not too many guests could be there at one time) and a relief in the wicked hot weather we had! On that note the air conditioning in my room was not working or was a part of the old system as it was explained to me. I like to have a very chilly room so that was an issue for me. Also I don’t think the photos matched my expectations but I didn’t do too much research before booking so that was probably on me! Overall recent stay and a great value for the location!

Hotel was clean, in a good location staff was nice. However, when we went to check out, we complained that the air conditioner was not working. We called at midnight and they said they would send someone up to the room at that time. Of course we were exhausted and we said no hoping that it would improve it did not we woke up in the morning and the air conditioner never called. It was hot. When we checked out, we advised the checkout attendant. He said that he could not give us a credit and that there was no manager in the property, I asked for the managers name. They said that they could not give it to me. I asked at what time the manager would be in. They said they were not sure all this information was provided to me by Alessandro attend on August 16, 2024 at 9:30 AM your time, very disappointed that we did not receive some type of credit for the air conditioner, not working and not cooling the entire night Thank you

Stay was outstanding except our last night the fire alarm kept going off for many hours. Did not sleep at all. Otherwise would have been five stars.

The air conditioning was terrible. We were sweat every night which made ot so difficult to sleep. I went downstairs and asked for someone to come and fix our air conditioning and no one ever arrived. I paid over $400 a night for this place and we were sweating in our room. I regretted staying here. We were here for five nights total

This hotel is right in the center of Milan, near Piazza Duomo and The Galleria. There is a parking garage nearby. The breakfast was wonderful.

Asked for room service on our first night after trying to call for around an hour, when I went downstairs to the bar I was told they were too busy in the restaurant for room service

It was a lovely experience staying there and so convenient to everything Milan has to offer. I highly recommend it.

Located a block from the famous Milano Duomo Cathedral and the shopping center.

A very good hotel in a central area where attractions and shops are. Staff were very nice and responsive. Breakfast very good. Only problem was that on arrival, we did not get the room promised. Instead of a superior suite with a desk and chair and coach and two other chairs in two rooms with wood floors, we got something else without a table, dirty carpet, a non functioning faucet, etc. On complaining, staff were quick to respond and move us, the next day, to exactly what was shown in the website when we booked the room. They were overbooked and put us in a lesser room. But the staff were so nice, we forgive them.

A great find in the centre of Milan They upgraded us and could not do enough to help us This was especially fantastic as one of our bags got lost on the flight from Heathrow to Milan Would definitely stay again

Very friendly staff, it made us feel as welcomed guests.

We were 3 friends going on vacation and searched for a hotel with a pool, spa and gym. We found this hotel in Milan and decided to book it even though it here were several cheaper hotels around. When we got there we noticed that the whole spa area with pool and gym was closed! We were really disappointed that we didn’t get any information about this before we left but the staff just said that the management decided not to inform guests that already booked and that they won’t give any kind of compensation. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go here!

Very helpful staff.very convenient location

Positives: - Great, central location and nice rooms. - Daytime front desk staff. Negatives: - The internet was painfully slow, both in the room and in the lobby area, almost like dial-up. My wireless cellular internet (4G) was much, much faster. - While the staff at check-in (Around 1pm) was courteous and helpful, the night front desk person told me (At around midnight) that it was not possible to reserve a taxi for the airport for the following morning, and to ask him to call it when I was ready to leave. But, when I called him from the room in the morning asking him to start preparing my check-out bill and call the taxi for the airport as I would be downstairs in 5 minutes, he told me he would call it only after I checked out. When I told him I was short on time and to please call it right away (as he had told me it would take 5-10 minutes for the taxi to arrive), he reluctantly acquiesced, grumbled something, and hung up on me. When the taxi finally arrived 15 minutes later, it was not a Taxi, but a private car service, which he had not warned me about beforehand.

Extremely convivient location to Duomo and Gallerie and Montenapolitaneo, major shopping areas. Lots of resturants around. Hotel is nice. Would come back again

The staff was friendly and exceedingly accommodating.

Great location, just around the corner from the Duomo and Galleria. Comfortable, quiet rooms- ours was on the 4th floor and modernised. Good breakfast and helpful staff!

Great value for money. Location can’t be better and the staff is lovely. Rooms are a good size and breakfast is always included. I always come back
