Great stay and the staff was fantastic.

Stayed for a night after a long day at the park. I love the location of the hotel and walkable to the park. The only thing I would recommend is rotating the mattress. The bed this time around was uncomfortable. Maybe that room needed a new mattress. Not sure. Other than that the hotel, staff, and location are great.

Third time staying here. It's a great hotel next to Disneyland. Great for couples or small families. For the adults they greet you with a cocktail at check in. It's a great value if visiting the parks.

Mattress is hard. No coffee pots in room and no hot tub. Love proximity to Disneyland and pickup for bus is right outside hotel.

I don’t think I’ll stay there again. The bathtub was clogged and when it was unclogged they left the bathtub unclean, and the room wasn’t cleaned when I removed the “do not disturb” sign. The front desk staff was not very friendly except the young lady that was being trained ; she was very pleasant.

Hotel was solid for a weekend stay. The only negatives I had was the cleanliness of the room and some lighting issues. There were some stains on the walls and a big stain on the curtains/drapes. As far as lighting our bathroom light kept flickering. These things didn’t really affect our stay since we were there for Disney, but if I was there for a hotel experience I would say they definitely have room for improvement.

Positives: close to Disneyland. We walked most of the time and it was a pretty reasonable walk. Price is pretty good compared to other hotels in that area. Free parking. Staff was very friendly. Not so great: our room was not very clean. There was sticky candy all over the nightstand and the drawers. Very dusty. No free breakfast (which they don’t advertise but still is a bummer) but there is a restaurant downstairs you can pay for food. The Anaheim city transport stops right in front of the hotel which is convenient, comes twice an hour. Overall the place definitely needs some updating. Everything is pretty old, wood chips peeling, carpet is dirty. The elevator is very small and busy so you wait a while at the busy times. Not sure I’d stay again. A few of the hotels nearby are similar price that are newer/nicer.

The room was not fully cleaned and when we asked them to clean the room, all they did was switch the towels out. 3 calls to the front desk to get a clean room by the third day. Not impressed. Benefits to the hotel was the proximity to Disneyland and a comfortable bed. Pool side bar was nothing what the pictures on the Hotels.com website made it look like.

Beautiful, boutique hotel across from the park, would stay here over and over again.

Great place to stay. Location was near all my activities and staff was great. Rooms were clean and was easy to get some rest in the comfy beds.

The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The drain in the bathtub was broken- this is the only negative about our stay.

Terrible cell service and only given guest WiFi for 2 days of the trip and it was TERRIBLE WIFI signal. Had a flooding of some sort on the same level that stunk the entire floor of moldy wet water. Loved the proximity of how close Disneyland was to the hotel. When checking in the man at the desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming which didn’t help the experience. Also had trouble with the ticket to allow us out of the parking lot and had to go back in to have them fix that which was also a big pain.

The check in LuLu lemonade was an awesome first impression! Disney and holiday theming was cute. Service staff was very kind. When we got to our room, we found out it was an accessible room and was very spacious. The only problem was the shower. The attachment to hold the shower head was worn out and did not stay in position for a person to stand and shower. I got it angled right to stay in place, but then realized some of the water had been splashing out of the shower the whole time and the whole bathroom had water pooling. The shower head was at about 5'9" so if you are taller than that, good luck washing your hair. We asked for a different room after the inconvenient shower only to be told all King Bed rooms have this handheld shower system and only double queen rooms have a mounted shower head. Overall, a good budget stay for a Disneyland vacation.

The staff at the hotel was lovely. Common areas were always clean. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was only checked in on once though; which was odd. The one time it was done, however, made us all smile. Rosalinda (sp?) arranged all of my daughters Disney stuffies with such care. Very sweet touch. The matress was very hard; even for my 10 year old daughter who can sleep on anything. We would definitely stay again and have told our friends with upcoming travel plans.

Front desk was incredibly friendly. They have us a room that was already occupied... Quite a surprise to us when we opened the door as well as to the front desk when we went back downstairs. The room we ended up in didn't allow the curtains to close all the way, only the sheer curtain, so it was very bright in the a.m. when we planned on sleeping in. And the bathroom light kept turning on in the night, so that was annoying.

Great stay for the price!

The room was very comfy and clean. Only issue was the water pressure it’s very weak in the shower.

The best hotel staff I’ve encountered in quite some time. Extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance to the convention center, Disney, and a wide offering of restaurants.

We always stay at this property and this last visit was the only time we had an issue. Our AC was broke and i mentioned it in the morning before we went to Disney, 12hrs later we return and front desk said it was fixed, go to the room and it definitely wasn't fixed.

Stayed here once before and found it fine. The rooms were a little dated but nothing major. They certainly have gotten worse. From the cracked bathroom sink, stained towels, sink faucet that was loose, door that you have to push hard to make it close, etc… I can’t says as I would return. The staff are always nice, they certainly have put effort into the lobby and the hotel is a short walk to the convention center and Disneyland so there is that.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful! We appreciated the cleanliness, the comfortable beds and pillows, the care of the staff! We wish there was a coffee maker in the room, and that we had a refrigerator (it was advertised as such, but it was nothing more than a beverage cooler) - overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

This was a great hotel with comfortable beds! The only downside was the pool wasn’t heated. It was too cold to swim in after going to the park. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The walk to the park is under 15 minutes.

We had a terrible experience with Hotel Lulu. The shower would not drain. We received three towels for our stay and had four people. Room was for four. When I called and asked for more towels they told me no services at night and to come get them. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was a little grungy for being recently redone.

Room smelled a little musty and there were ants in the room.

Convenient location to Disneyland

Hotel is nice, clean and close to Disneyland. Only downside is no in room coffee.
