Convenient location to Disneyland, clean , & friendly staff that had excellent knowledge of taxi services near hotel!

The outside looks great but the room smelled and felt like a basement, musty and damp, wiped off tables and chairs with a Lysol wipe and it was dirty, we were suppose to stay two nights but we left after one

Though the property is a bit run down and dated, it was still a great place to stay. The front desk personnel were very helpful and were genuinely interested in my group having what we need. Would like to see better eco-friendly practices: - Don’t replace towels that are hung up; we got new towels and washcloths every day - Don’t take used soaps and replace with new ones every day Would like to stay here again when I’m coming to town.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Very conveniently located to a lot of things. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. If I could grade it a 4.75, I would. We were in room 358. I love the set up of the family suite. The beds are comfortable and a little on the firm side, not my preference. The shared bathroom could use an update but, it is clean and sufficient. The water pressure needs improvement. It is really convenient to the Disneyland entrance about a 10-15 minute walk. The staff were very professional and helpful. They provide free parking but only one car per room. However, if there is space, they will permit a 2nd. Overnight parking is also available close by. The only goof was the keys to our room did not work right away. I was very tired too tired to walk back reception, so I called them and they brought new key cards. That was really sweet. We did not use the pool. They have a hot tub, too. The pool is kind of small and dated. We will probably stay there again.

I had a good and comfortable stay, although it was just for one night. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel has everything you need for a short stay and it is close to Disney so you can walk there. There was plenty of parking, which is great. The only minus I can think of is that the hotel felt a bit dated. It could do with a little freshening up. All in all, I was very happy with my one night stay.

Room had a very bad cleaning chemical odor for 2 nights. Not worth the $200 a night forsure

everyone from front desk to maids were very friendly and helpful even as busy as they were cant wait to visit again this was my replete stay

Room was near the elevator and ice maker. Got quite noisy at night when people came back from Disneyland.

Pros: close to disney,quiet,fair price close to restaurants eg chessecake factory Cons:only one bathroom for 6 people ,noisy ac,needs a face lift,no grab bar, tv remote was very difficult to use

This is one of our go to properties when we travel to Disneyland.

Walking distance to Disney, nice big room, staff is great and helpful. Plenty of dining places outside of Disney nearby, some in walking distance as well as coffee.

Very convenient but the shower was not clean. Great service at the front desk.

Fantastic location for Disneyland. The people there were really nice and the room was brilliant for our visit. Two rooms so children had the room at the back with two queen beds and their own sink.

Bed was a little old and not the most comfortable, but everything else was great

The property is old and the carpets are next level nasty, they’re kind of wet and sticky from all the use. The showers don’t work. You either burn or freeze. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Great staff

Traveling with 3 “tween-agers” we really wanted 2 bedrooms so this suite was perfect. The location is quiet and we slept well (so we could stay at Disneyland from opening to closing). Easy 15 min walk to Disneyland and/or Downtown Disney. Even closer to walk to convenience shops and restaurants like Dennys and McD’s. The free parking, pool and castle decor were good features. Small problem with the bathroom faucets but the front desk said they’d fix it.

Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Disney in Anaheim. Rooms are clean and tidy and well appointed but quite tired and could do with the refresh.

Needs a remodel. Gross carpet. Bathroom is old and needs a remodel. When we got off the elevator on the fourth floor and walked to our room the outdoor walkway/balcony is WAVY. It is not flat. I was worried about the structural integrity of that part of the building.

Just finished a 3 nights stay with a 2 and 6 yo boys. Pros: super close to the park gates ( 1 1/2 blocks), free parking ,Prime Pizza ( vegan options) is literally next door, other food spots on the block, very clean room and premisses. The only negative: thin walls, you can hear ppl walking outside very easily. We didn't have noisy neighbors luckily. Ouh.. the pool is just average but we didn't plan to use one anyway. No room safe box. Great overall value, we'll stay here again.
