This place was DISGUSTING!! I reserved a non smoking room. When I walked in it WREAKED of cigarette smoke. The light fixtures were covered in some gross residue. The tub was FILTHY! I went to the front desk and asked for another room. He asked what was wrong and I told him how it wreaked of smoke. He said “Well, it’s a nonsmoking room, Ma’am.” I said, “Yes it may have a nonsmoking sign on the door, but it stinks and the room is dirty!” I then showed him pictures. He gave me another room and even THAT room was just as gross. I checked RIGHT OUT of there IMMEDIATELY!!!! You know those shady motels you see in the movie….? That but WORSE!! And to think they offered breakfast in the morning…STAY!! FAR!! AWAY!!

The bathroom was all tore up in the shower.

I paid for a room with a jacuzzi and I couldn’t use it because they said it was leaking downstairs I should have got some of my money back

We had a death in the family and booked 2 days, paid in advance, and upon checking in we had an additional cash deposit i was unaware of. The website pictures are extremely outdated. Room was filthy, dirty bathtub, old shower curtain (stained), bathroom door wouldn't close and broken, 2 towels for 2 adults for 2 days (stained), no coffee maker in room, toliet lid moved (almost completely unhinged). Bedding was not clean (stained). I went back to office and asked for another room she accomodated and other room was actually worse. Where i booked online i couldn't get refund to gowhere so just toughed it out in original room. I am extremely upset due to this is a Wyndham property and expected better (used to market for this company). I gave up because again only reason i was back in town was because my brother was dying and i just needed to rest and had no energy to deal with hotel anymore (he died at 3:55pm same day). I would love a full refund because this property is trash, pool didn't have chemicals or filter (after long drive, 4 hours in hospital in Hattiesburg all i wanted was a swim to clear my head). Got in and got out and immediately off to the nasty shower. Breakfast was a joke, small coffee cups a joke, and overall just not a clean or safe place to rest for any occasion.

There was a surprise $40 cash deposit that the desk clerk ask for. The room that he initially gave me was at the end of the lot and I didn't not feel safe he changed the room however the shower was disgusting. It was late so I slept in my clothes and left early the next morning

There were stains on the beds, holes in the walls and the paint was peeling everywhere. The hardware in the room was painted over with chipping paint. The shower curtain didn't stay closed, soaking the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't lock and the wooden door looked as though someone had locked a dog in the bathroom and it ate through the four inches of the bottom of the door. The pool was filthy and unusable which was very disappointing.

Great stay per usual got a good nights sleep for two nights

It was clean around the building and the staff was very polite and friendly

Ok place for a budget hotel. The room was ok but a little shabby. They required a $40 CASH deposit. That was the first for me in 50 years and hundreds of hotels.

The hotel is old and needs to be updated.

Non-smoking room smelled smoke with a lot of smoke burns on bathtub . Also bed was very uncomfortable

Omg this place needs to be condemned and shut down. You have people walking in around the hotel ( it’s really a motel). The staff is unpleasant and very unprofessional. Let’s get to how the rooms are we are walking down to the room all you smell of piss and the doors are not secure at all. You walk into the room you see when they patched up the holes in the wall and did not think about painting over them. Tried to locked the door it won’t lock so has to put the little dresser to the door to keep it locked. Went to check out the bathroom omg they don’t clean at all the shower/tub was filthy and it was a bowel explosions on the toilet. But they couldn’t give us another room. This by far the worst hotel/ motel you can ever stay at stay far away as possible. Oh yea customers service is the worst also.

My stay was not good, the room was so smelly I had to go to Walmart and get Lysol Disinfectant Spray, the toilet was not secure and felt like it was going to tip over (221)

It was good but I wasn't sure about having a room upstairs.

First we had to pay $40.00 cash deposit up on checking in which we did get back at checkout. Bathroom had urine around toilet bathtubs was dirty and stained. I’m so glad we-took our shower before driving down. The room smelled like mildew and mildew was all in ceiling and they tried painting over. Never an again will we stay or refer anyone.

Room was not like other hotels i stayed in which other hotel's were cheaper,noisy at night trying to sleep,no housekeeping came in the 4 days i stayed.never gonna stay there again

Booked the wrong hotel. Pulled in and it looked abandoned. The front desk work was nice and professional. Proceeded to check in and get the room keys. While driving from the office people were standing around smoking and drinking. Walked into the room and it had a strong order, the bedding was dirty and gnats were flying around. I immediately started searching for a new hotel to book. I returned to the front desk to state my complaints and check out. I was still charged for 1 night stay.

Room was dirty, bathroom terrible drawer missing a draw

First room they gave us smelled like marajuana. The second room was non smoking but had burn holes in the bed. Tub in bathroom was filthy.

Upon checkin a cash deposit was required. There was nothing on our reservation about that. Also, we stayed 3 days and housekeeping never showed up. We had to ask for clean towels. Didn’t feel safe at all. Would never go back.
