This place has roaches, when I told front desk, they said they would send a maintenance man, no one came. When I reminded them that maintenance was supposed to show up and do whatever, they said that maintenance can’t spray the room with guests in there. I will do everything I can to never come back to this place. I honestly want my money back. Once I saw the roach on the bed, it was over for me.

I was unable to stay here, due to having lost my purse w physical id. Room was paid for on app, I had a pic of id on phone, and my work security badge w full name and picture, and the guy at front desk would not let me stay at hotel. Cannot find a phone number to reach hotels.com, to rectify this situation

The free breakfast needs a little work! Only offered weak juices from a mix and muffins that were more preservatives than actual muffins. The coffee was like drinking sludge from a pond! Sludge would have tasted better!

We have stayed here numerous times and never had a problem with roaches, but the last room we was in had a infestion. I bought bug spray and sprayed the air conditioner where I had seen bugs and if 30 didn't run out not a one did. We even found them in the bed.

When I booked, I was never told a minimum age you had to be. I’ve booked previously with this hotel and company so I thought it shouldn’t be a problem and I prepaid my booking. When i got to the checkin the guy was very nice and polite but as soon as he checked my ID and realised I was under 21 he became very rude. I was trying to figure out how I would get refunded If I wasn’t given a room and he just rudely kept interrupting saying it wasn’t the hotels problem and that he needed to get to the next customer. I’ve tried messaging and calling the hotel multiple times to figure out my refund and I’ve yet to get it. 9 days without an answer and a refund and I’m furious. I will never be booking here again.

Quick stay, walls were so thin you heard EVERYTHING including the traffic on I95. Front desk was very efficient and friendly. Rooms had updated decor but details showed it's still an old building with issues. We were there less than 9 hours so it was ok for the price.

Our room was clean and the housekeeper was very friendly. My only complaint is the trash around the back of the hotel, and I watched the maintenance guy use the weekeater and not pick any of the trash up. Just plain laziness. My husband has done maintenance for hotels and apartments and if a property owner would of ever came and seen how bad it looks, they would of fired maintenance on the spot.

Drugs, prostitution, no tv front desk was not to friendly only the female I didn’t get her name she was there on Saturday the 20th other then that there was a lot going on ppl giving off nasty looks and bad vibes and the pool needs to be cleaned on a regular basis so to bugs and leafs house keepers was nice and me and my family was being watched by some guys in a jeep then the cops came up out of nowhere and arrested the driver in the jeep the other 2 guys took off

We checked in and the guy at the counter kept trying to give us two doubles when I booked a king room. We got up to our room and the tv and A/C didn’t work. He moved us to another room that was two doubles and that A/C was crap too. Tv was bad as well. Some stations were just frozen in place.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. It was a bit hard to figure out how to swap the TV input for a Nintendo Switch, but I figured it out. (Pro tip: There’s not an input button on the remote. You have to use the single button on the TV to open the menu and then navigate through it with short long presses.)

It was NOT the best AT ALL the floors were peeling up and literally cut ur feet to walk on. The toilet did NOT flush correctly the TV picture was HORRIBLE could barely see what was on due to cable connection (fuzzy and not clear). Understanding we had a smoking room still does not mean the blankets we had should have burn holes in them as there were MULTIPLE in the comforter there was also NO ashtrays in the room also not only did the ice machine on the first floor NOT WORK when walking all the way to the front office I was directed ALL THE WAY back to the same place I just came from and up a set of steps to get a ice along with the door to the room not closing correctly. So I would say our overall experience was NOT very good at all.
