No breakfast what so ever and the ihop attached has a severe attitude problem and high as all get out. Beds outdated years ago and you can here and feel the springs

Staff was amazing! We went for the Taylor Swift concert and they had themed decorations which was so fun! The staff was helpful and friendly! The room was clean! We even got to check in 4 hours early for only $25 extra!

This hotel was perfect for us. It was not too far from New Orleans. About a 5 minute drive which i lived because we saved on parking and the ridiculous prices at the city. We saved quite a bit of money which we used to eat all the delicious food New Orleans has to offer. The front desk young lady ( i didn't ask her name) gave us wonderful suggestions. She was suoet patient with me because i was asking so many. It was our first time there so i wanted to do it all. And they had an IHOP attached to the hotel! Yum.

Choose this hotel due to impacts received from hurricane francine as a last minute decision and limited hotels available. The website pictures are obviously AI generated. Property is very outdated including rooms, common areas, elevators and outdoor pool area. Our towels and bedding smelled stale, like a mixture of fried food and cigarettes. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority for this hotel, remote was sticky, walls had hand/finger prints, the ceiling had a big crack which looked to be from a previous leak and our hair dryer was dirty. Our microwave and refrigerator also didn’t work. We tried to unplug and change outlets with no success. Overall the staff was friendly and efficient, but given the option I would absolutely NOT stay here again.

I was able reserve a room right away. The complaint I have is bathroom was very cold, unable to adjust the temperature. Overall I had a peaceful rest.

Hotel has musty smell, rooms very outdated. Privacy non existent. Paper thin walls. Woken at 1.15am 2.20am 4.18am due people up and down the hallway and constant arguments. This is not an airport hotel.

Room smelled like weed in a “non smoking” hotel! The furniture was in bad shape, the bed was horrible!! This entire property needs a refresh

There were power strips everywhere to use because the outlets were not working, hair in the tub, you had to stand on sofa to adjust air settings, said $5 breakfast but they don’t have a contract anymore with ihop anymore, beds were 2 twins pushed together instead of a king size bed, no balcony view as listed. Outside and hallway were attractive but room was definitely not!

staff was great, accommodations were comfortable, the only low point was the area and that it has an open parking lot which makes you feel a little concerned about your vehicle.

The hotel was older but clean. They have a fitness room so I was able to still do my daily walking on the treadmill while away from home. The staff were friendly. Would consider staying here again if I had too.

For a good price, we got a nice clean spacious room, convenient location and friendly staff. It helped that IHop was adjacent.

Nice hotel right off the interstate. A little aged, but very unique. Room was clean, bed could be changed, sunk in the middle but comfortable enough to sleep.

Pool was filthy. Customer service was gd. Pillow smelled weird. (Bought my own from Target). Wall plug outlet was loose. There was ONE that worked. No other charging outlet on lamps etc.AC was running but room did not seem to cool at the remp shown (61 degrees). Although it waa not hot, it definitely wasnt even 68degrees.

The property was kind of run down. The whole place was “tired”. The room smelled musty. It had rained hard, and the outside patio door leaked. About 3 feet into the room, the carpet was wet. The area was a little sketchy for my taste.

Older hotel with a New Orleans vibe..The rooms are large and come with a full length mirror..We came down for pride weekend and this hotel was just 15mins from bourbon ..only downside is they charge a deposit but other than that it’s a great spot !
