Friendly staff very accommodating if I had an issue it was addressed promptly. Close by everything. Hotel was clean it was not noisy.

Room was great, bed was comfortable. No vending machines on the floors only ice.

Really dirty bathrooms hair all over the floor and tub. Cracked sink and tub did not drain. Disregard for guests: Maid knocking on door to clean at 10:30am when there is a sign that states “do not disturb” Ask for more towels and specified what was needed and got 2 floor maps and a bath towel. I asked for face towels and wash clothes. Bell man did not come up, apparently did not receive message. I had to call 3 more times bit no one answered the phones, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk where there was 3 desk attendants doing nothing. I requested again for a bellman and A cart but when I attempted to get back in the elevator, I was locked out due to xheck out time. I then needed to go back and have them reinstate my key and wit for service.

This hotel has several towers they had us in the older section, it was quiet but needs some cleaning and shower is not great

I liked everything about the Omni Providence except the Keurig coffee maker in my room did not work.

Julian the valet was the best part. The room had a very saturated carpet due to the hvac leaking. All that was offered was for housekeeping to bring extra towels to put over the carpet. Connecting to WiFi kept erroring out. Bed was comfy. Lobby is nice.

The hotel is not up to Omni standards, very outdated, extremely slow drain in shower leaving you standing in shower water, broken toilet seat and overall drab in room and hallways

We love staying at the Omni. It’s close to the mall and walking distance to restaurants.

Great place to stay

We booked the hotel last minute for our anniversary. The hotel upgraded us and gave us a bottle of champagne. Everyone was so nice. The room had a beautiful room. We will definitely be back!

I was lucky to get a room for a fairly low rate given that it's 4-star, in the middle of Providence. One thing people should be aware of is parking. It's $20 to self park, $35 for valet. The parking is confusing. It's connected, but off site, and since you need your key card to use the elevator you'll run into problems if you park first. Essentially you won't be able to get into the hotel unless you run into someone with a key card in the lot. My husband parked while I checked in, and luckily he met some people in the parking lot elevator with a key card. Other than that, it was a good stay. (BTW: Breakfast isn't "included," it's an option, and it's $35. We passed on that. You do get a free coffee voucher for a cafe in the building.) The building is vast, with different elevators for different wings. All of this was kind of confusing but we made it. Everyone who worked there was very friendly, and the guy running the place where you pull up with your car before going in was very helpful. One more thing: If you need a luggage cart, someone will bring it, and they will do everything for you. No using the cart by yourself! Be prepared to tip. That guy was very nice.

The property will nickel-and-dime you for anything. The restaurant menus are minimal and not accommodating to those with dietary restrictions (allergies); the staff was not helpful at check-in and was wholly offended when we asked about safety in transportation.

Valet service was pretty on par. Generally, hotel needed updating- grout in bathtub was grimy and rug/furniture seemed dated. The bar upstairs was terrible / bar downstairs was good . Coffee shop was fine Took all day for room to be made up and the products were different (downgrade)

the only recommendation is linked to the items available in the bathroom , would suggest increasing the items specially when the room is booke for two, to make usre enough shampoo, conditioner, comb, etc., - as i noticed items were missing or considering the presence of one person instead of two

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni hotel and is definitely looking forward to booking there again

Nice clean facility. It's oddly the Wi-Fi and ESPN TV is for additional charges. Also the old beat up clock alarm doesn't belong in a 4 Star hotel.
